The property is magnificent and well located. I like the owners although they are a bit gruff maybe although mostly they were kind! The swimming pool is exceptional.

It was really noisy up on the top floor and I am admittedly a light sleeper. This was really the only thing. The floors are made of stone so there's no escaping it. I was tired for my conference because of this.

It is a wonderful guest house, I had a feeling that I was watching a film, felt myself in one of the movies, it is close to the beach, the owners are great people, very friendly and helpful, I will encourage my family members to go there together, it is something for every age group.

it is not allowed to open windows that are locked with a key.. and behind this window there is a beautiful view of the sea and mountains ... there is no air conditioning. but there are 2 fans that don't help.

There is only one disadvantage from my point of view - there was no AC in my room, although some alternatives were provided.

I loved my stay in this character villa... the room, bathroom common areas were spotless and its great value for the price. It's 20 min bus ride from downtown Cannes. And the beach is just outside!

I wish they were not a 200 euro deposit but I understand why owners do ask for it.

An old house with an interesting history and the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Having to stump up €200 in cash as a deposit at 'check in' on top of the room cost, however you do get this back upon leaving as long as your room is left as it should be without any further damage etc.

Rooms in attic were so warm. Window open meant train noise outside. shutters locked so no view. Bedlinen and shower facilities could do with updating.

Most dreamy place right by the water and ten minutes from Cannes. I was very well received and everything was clean and comfortable. The garden is great with a pool area and trees for shade on hot days. Breakfast buffet was great with fresh fruits and breads, cakes, cereal and more.

Unique experience to stay at a Villa. I came to Cannes for work & came back each night to sit in the balcony & enjoy the beach air. Morning breakfast on the veranda overlooking garden was charming & special. Very friendly staff. Clean, great shower, helped me with my luggage.

To get to the center of Cannes either you take a bus, train-all near by.I took Ubers back & forth which you call & catch at top of driveway.

Everything was fabulous! The breakfast in particular was amazing (highly recommend), the location and proximity to the train station, the property was beautiful, and the hosts were very king and helpful. I loved it!

Writing on behalf of my coworkers: Wonderful host, beautiful garden and excellent cake! Convenient location to the nearby the Fair center with a direct bus. We'll book this again for future business trips to Cannes.

The best things about this place are: The hosts, the breakfast (fabulous) and the value.

Great location not far from city center with good communication. Just next to the beach. Fantastic host, friendly and sympathetic. Electric fireplace in the room as a heater was a cherry on the cake ;)

And who unfortunately had his little Monthly problem .... (in the Villa). The welcome to try Unfortunately to charge us for the stained sheets for 250 € .... OMG. ----‐------------------------Shame---‐-------------‐------------- - In each hotel where I stay and in the world I have never known such a thing, I think it would be tand to make a pot to buy this building and review things ....
