Microwave not working, blankets were thin , we were transferred to another which is kinda old.

Host was very welcoming, informative and very friendly. The place is cozy and spacious for a solo traveler like me. Very accessible to the place I needed to visit. Convenient store is in the same building. Amenities in the room were complete. My simple request was granted too! Definitely coming back here! check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I will bring my family next time

its nice and relaxing… ms.gizelle and ms jen is hands on sa mga costumer.. which is very very good kasi there is a lot more to improve about the unit… thanks to them kasi hnd nila kami pinabayaan😊
its not just we dont like it … i guess just a little bit of improvement especially sa mga gamit.. please do check it before ur guess come in to ur unit… kasi ur place is nice and nakaka attract tlga to stay kasi madami mapapasyalan around the place…

The location difficult to find. There are no dedicated parking within the building for the guest. There are no restaurants nearby the building.
The room window is damaged and only covered by plywood. The moist and fog go inside the inside the room . (Room 319). The sofa is damaged and torn. Too noisy on the room coming from outside. The parking is too far to the unit. The pool is too far to the building. There is no available internet.

I didn't like it all, We moved in different unit for 5 person but actually the bed, pillows, blankets is only for 4 pax. We just need to removed the curtain in rod to use a blanket. No wifi and signal too! I know we stay 1 night but we didn't expect experience on that unit. We pay 6k plus for 1 night but it's not worth it.

Someone met us after registering and explained what and where things are since the place is quite large.
There were a lot of people and the line was really long to register but it's understandable.

We like the overall experience it is gorgeous. The room is clean and spacious.
Nothing. My only suggestion is to add other necessary utensils like pitcher, can opener, large bowls etc.

parking is too far. does not issue any acknowledgement receipt for the payment. It was advertised as a hotel but it is actually a unit for rent.
