Breakfast is not included. But i like the fact that all i needed were provided. The unit comes with a microwave, a refrigerator, elec kettle and complete dining utensils, dishwashing soap and sponge, handwash, dish cloth and hand towel. Toiletries, bath towels and 4 pairs of slippers were provided except toothbrush and toothpaste which is understandable since it's not a hotel. They trust their visitors bec there is no one to do the inspection upon check out. It's also convenient bec we need not wait for the staff to return the key, we just left it the table and off we go.

Assez petit studio dans un bloc qui en compte des centaines. Studio bien aménagé et bien décoré. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire (WhatsApp).

Un peu trop petit, on s'y sent un peu à l'étroit, notamment dans la douche, dans la partie chambre à coucher ou sur le balcon. Quelques problèmes électriques, notamment avec l'éclairage des WC et la lampe de chevet. Cuisine peu équipée : pas possible de vraiment y cuisiner. Bruit de la route à proximité toute la nuit.

Complete facilities, cleanliness, amicable and receptive host, comfort and location are all important factors in making this staycation a great place to stay. I was even fortunate to get covered parking spaces adjacent to the main entrance, considering I had a PWD family member who travelled with us. Will definitely make another Tagaytay trip using this accommodation.

More elevators could have been constructed to make travel between floors easier, but this is not really much of an issue for now.

The location, very near to bus station. Plus the owner is very accommodating and hospitable.

The pool is too small and there seems to be no rules with the swimwear and use of slippers near the water, making the place looked messy.

Good value for money. Approachable owner. Clean room.

Not complete toiletries. There were traces of bleach in the sink which cauaes discoloration in my tshirt.

The property is really nice, clean and comfortable. We will definitely go back there. And highly recommended
