Codes for entry for property only sent at check in time (2pm) left us concerned when travelling to property about entry. Had emailed to ask about entry details and received no reply

The room I stayed in was a loft conversion and had a large velux window which i could not close. The property is right bedside a VERY busy road 24/7 traffic. The description of the property did not state it was beside a busy road. Due to the location of the room and not being able to shut the window I was kept awake all night by the noise and the pounding rain on the roof. The room was cold as a consequence and bed was extremely noisy when you moved. You can also here everything in the room next door!

We had to change the dates of our stay due to the train strikes. It was a simple and easy process and we are really grateful - thank you!

We got woken up early by a knock at the door an hour and a half before our check out time - wasn't a major issue though :) All in all really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Iron in room, smart TV in room, secure door locks for your room and property as a whole. The area feels safe. Nearby supermarket for picking up odds and sods.

Furnishing needs a little updating

Good location, easy & flexible check-in, shared bathroom had everything we needed

Sink in our room was not useable & room was absolutely boiling with only a small fan available (which we left on from 1pm until we returned at midnight!)

Bed was squeaky. Was noisy with other residents. Doors slamming. No staff around at all. Breakfast wasn't great. choice of cereal and pastry.

Good room clean tidy plus I had parking

I left too early to have breakfast. Location was 20 minutes cycle from where I was working.

The shower was a bit hit and miss. Several times, it showed the LP low pressure warning on the display. Sometimes the pressure returned of its own accord. Sometimes, I had to turn it on and off until the LP warning disappeared and the flow was restored.

I wish the room had a bath or shower inside and not sharing but it was still nice and clean

Location was good near shopping area/places to eat. Help arrived straight away when tv remote didn't work and batteries were changed.breakfast items replenished when getting low.

Bed very noisy when turning over during night, could do with replacement mattress. Bathroom on first floor shower mat needs changing but upstairs bathroom beautiful if on second floor. Notices saying if towel left in bathroom and not allocated room you'll be charged. If key not left in room you'll be charged, which I kinda understand but doesn't make you feel at ease or comfortable.
