Parking is not private as indicated, you have to park on the street. Fridge is shared with the rest of the apartments on the same floor.

Amazing place! Very kind owners.

We stay just few hours, it was really nessasary because was whole day before driving and when we arrive we was sitting few hours till connect to stuff who will provide us room, so we got room after 3 in the early morning

But in the morning staff was asking us to leave and took fool amount for staying, in room was cold to sleep, becouse i order room for 4 people, but in room it was not blanket and pillow for 4th person, so I gave all available ones for kids and slept on bed without blanket and pillow, it was bad, because I was very tired from long day and night on road and have no rest in this hotel

The property is in quite area, clean inside, outside the city centre. Very helpful staff.

There is no information that you can get that place with tram number8😏think it would be helpful to get down there. Google map shows to choose the train instead of tram- what is not the best way to find the place

Very neat and clean place and nice and calm neighborhood with lot of greenery. Easy transport to city centre and central train station. The villa also has a garden and clothes rack to dry clothes. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine and gas hob. Some common stuffs guests can use are butter, sugar, salt, tea, coffee. The hosts were available for any queries.

The room was very small, not enough space. The hosts didn't speak much English so had to use translate app to convey my queries, but they were patient enough to listen and respond.

Friendly reception, clean, and everything I needed (use of kitchen, etc.). The bed wasn't super comfortable, but was pretty standard for other places of this caliber where I have stayed in Poland. I was looking for a location that would be convenient to drive to the pool/water park at lake malta. This was perfect for me, but if I was visiting Poznan for the old town and standard touristy places this probably isn't where I would want to stay.
