We LOVE staying at Linda's!!!

What a place! This location was great while visiting our daughter at UMD for parents weekend. Quick drive to all areas, Canal Park, Lincoln Park area, and campus. Very comfortable and inviting home with touches of whimsy and fun! We loved having a fireplace too! We will definitely be back. Thank you Linda!

We truly enjoyed every aspect of this lovely Duluth home. It was just what my crew needed for a weekend that included a wedding, walks on Canal Park, brewery hopping and fun with extended family. Great location, clean and lovely home, and exceptional host.

Great location for our group to spend time at hawk ridge and also to journey up north shore. We enjoyed the variety of art around the house. It was clean and comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful house and manager. Very clean and lots of fun artwork. Had everything we needed and the cookies were much appreciated. Good space w/ three bedrooms and nice front room w/ great view of downtown and the water. Walkable to downtown or quick drive there. Linda was a great host. We will be back again for sure.

This place is very close to canal park and the view is awesome! Very clean and comfortable. The home is very old with that old world charm and lots of modern decor and art. We all loved it.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The home has a spectacular view and is equipped with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Linda was quick to reply to questions and could not have been kinder or more accommodating.

Stayed in the house for an AMSOIL convention and am very happy with my decision. Very easy to get to Canal Park, even easier to get on top of the hill to the mall and restaurants. PERFECT LOCATION. Every morning we could sit on the front porch and view the bay and watch ships come in and out. No regret staying here. Communication with Linda was easy and quick. She is hands off so you can enjoy the visit, but if you have questions she answers your questions quickly and clearly. Highly suggest that you stay here if you need to visit Duluth.

Adorable home on the hill overlooking Canal Park and beautiful Lake Superior. Close to many shops, restaurants and breweries. Clean and very comfy and cozy.

We had a lovely brief stay in this historic home. Great view of the lake and convenient to downtown. Very kind and responsive host.

If you are looking for a great location in which to experience Duluth, look no further. The house is very cozy and not like other VRBOs with sterile cheap furnishings. It is near to the best things to do in the city. But the view is such, that you just might want to sit on the couch and look at the canal all day. We highly recommend experiencing this home.

My family (wife and I, daughter, and father-in-law) wanted to take a long weekend trip to Duluth. I often stay in hotels but we wanted to change it up a bit and found that we could rent a house for about the same price. I have allergies to a lot of detergents and was concerned about this, so I messaged Linda in the evening and didn't expect a response until morning, but she responded right away. She offered to buy the detergent I use at home and wash all the linens in it with multiple rinse cycles. I booked it then! We showed up and the view was awesome! The house was clean and the linens were exactly as I hoped! The kitchen has exceptionally nice appliances and is super functional. The view from the master bedroom is amazing! All the bedroom windows have black-out blinds as well as daytime shades, which was great for our 3-year-old's nap times. The wood stove made the living room really cozy in the evening. It was prepped and ready for a fire when we arrived so all we had to do was light it. She had plenty of wood on the porch and lots of fire-lighting materials in a bin next to the wood stove. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Linda was awesome and so was her house!

The red house on Observation Hill is just as advertised. Clean, comfortable beds, terrific view, good internet, great kitchen. You will like it.

This was a fantastic weekend getaway. The view was amazing, the house was clean and the owner was very prompt with responding to questions and guiding us through our stay. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone.

This house had everything for us: phenomenal artwork, fully stocked kitchen that looked I brought all my favorite cooking items, treats, comfortable beds, and allowed our senior dog. Normally we look for rustic places in this area, but being in town for a wedding had me thinking differently and I am so happy to have found this place. Lynda is a professional host and made everything very easy.

This house was the perfect size, an ideal location and an awesome view of the sunrise! We had an amazing weekend there to hike, dine and see the beautiful fall colors.

What a delightful place to host our Duluth-based family. They appreciated the view as much as we did! When they returned to their own homes, we loved cozy times beside the fire.

My friends and I had a wonderful time. Linda was very helpful, and a wonderful host. A most enjoyable stay, we would surely go back!

Linda (host) was extremely good with communication. The house was clean, perfect location and exactly as it was described. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice place! Master bedroom was large and spacious, place was clean, and the views were awesome! The only negative I would say is the small bathroom. It can feel a little cramped. Besides that, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice house with great views!

The views were great and the location was convenient. Not necessarily walkable, but a very short drive down the hill into the city. We had a blast.

Loved the views of the harbor and lake from the front window and the windows in the Master BR. House was comfortable size for four adults and met our needs for a base of operation and easy access to the lake front and other attractions. Linda is an exceptional host and was always prompt in getting back to us with the information we requested. Never took more than 5 minutes for her to get back to us. With the a/c and heat we were comfortable on the 90 degree day as well as the 60 degree day. Would stay here again if returning to Duluth.

Close to downtown and Canal Park, nicely updated kitchen, very comfortable. Bonus was the July 4th fireworks were rained out so we saw them from our front porch this weekend. Wonderful. Everything as described and decorated in a fun, unique way. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for marathon weekend! The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove!

Very nice property and close to everything we wanted to do. Julie made things super easy and was available to answer any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Lake Superior and the ships and lift bridge were all great to view every day from sunrise to after dark all from this great location in the city of Duluth, MN.
