We loved it!! You couldn't beat the location and our room had an excellent view that we loved - everyone was exceptional friendly and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel for free - everything was super great and we'd book here again!

The breakfast was very good. There seemed to be plenty of tables to sit at. I liked the many tables and couches for sitting at and visiting with family that we meet there
We love hot tubs but it smelled strong of chlorine and after being in it our eyes kind of burned. Otherwise it was just right temp wise

I loved the lakeside location. Great lobby area with comfy couches and fireplace.

The breakfast was very good and we came 15 minutes prior to them shutting it down. Both days people were accommodating and friendly.

Clean, everything worked, facilities in good order, the room was quiet - couldn't hear any guests in other rooms.
Beds clean but not very comfortable (which is better than the inverse). The breakfast was cold every morning I had it.

Proximity to shopping and restaurants. I loved the hot tub and pool. rather lobby was inviting and cozy. The breakfast was a plus too.
The room was clean except the top of the pictures in the room were very dusty.
I liked the eggs and sausage for breakfast and it would have been nice to have bacon and sausage gravy too.

Great location & within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The staff went above and beyond. We needed to briefly rehearse a dance number and they let us use their conference room free. Very helpful. The hotel is very large and was full but in spite of being across from the gym, the room was quiet. Lots of soundproofing. We just heard Lake Superior. Could also open a window, which was nice.

The location was great. Easy access to Canal Park Shops and Restaurants. Especially enjoyed Canal Park Brewery. Great food, beverages and staff. Cannot say enough about both venues.
That we had to go home. Great memories.

The breakfast entries were not satisfactory (poor presentation & not very tasty). The location of motel and staff at front desk were outstanding.
