The staff. My flight arrived at …7am and the check-in was at 3pm. But the reception let us have another room in order for us to have a nap and to refresh until our room became ready. Wow !!!

Staff was lovely!
No heat in my room for night 1, only AC so I was freezing and barely slept. Night 2 they gave me a portable heater. Night 3 it was fixed.

No dedicated parking but there was plenty around and it too expensive.
