Stayed here as it is close to the train station into Paris. Amazing find - lovely clean hotel with parking, nice staff and easy to get to. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Chantilly, 15-20 minute walk to the Chateau, close to the hippodrome, centre ville and the station. High standard of facilities, room was lovely and had a park view. Warm welcome from all staff, especially the breakfast maitre’d - she was outstanding.
A gym or wellness centre would have been a bonus.

staff left a lot to be desired! general attitude of couldn’t care less about guests. always being kept waiting whilst they chatted to each other. bar staff generally “missing”

Great to get train into Paris. Five mins walk to station 30 mins to Gare du Nord.
Limited parking but very secure. 13 euro per day essential to pre book. Good to visit Chateau.
Breakfast good but not included and 15 euro pp.
Excellent boulangerie five mins walk as alternative.
