We had a short stay at the property & we were hoping we could be there longer to explore the facilities… When we arrived at night, there was an event going on & was very entertaining with music n dance… the dinner we ordered by the pool was also good.. we enjoyed the few hours & was the best among the rest of the places we stayed at, in Egypt

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel was also very beautiful and the breakfast was really nice.

About 10 min from the airport, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area is nice.

There was very loud music at times. The restaurant choices are not very good inside the hotel.

Terrible experience. We stayed at the hotel for one night and everything went wrong. The room's bathroom was dirty and there was literally a box of trash left outside of our room (no one picked it up during our entire stay). In addition, we asked 3 times for breakfast box since we had an early plane to catch. We arrived at reception to check out and nothing had been prepare, they simply ignored our request. The staff didn't even apologize. They just don't care. Terrible value for money.

The room space is cool compared to the price. Also the pool view was nice. The location is close to many places like City Centre Almaza, the airport, and big cities like Nasr City and New Cairo. The staff is friendly and caring.

The FOOD. I tried eating breakfast, no enough variety of options and although it was 8:30 am it looked like it's yesterday leftovers. For lunch, I ordered cordon bleu, they served me chicken legs stuffed with a thread of cheese. I've never seen chicken leg cordon bleu, with bones in it. Lastly, for dinner I ordered club sandwich and it was ok, but not great and didn't want to order it again. Ordered cappuccino and it was absolutely tasteless and had a taste of machine in it. I informed the staff about my problem but of course I didn't expect instant enhancement so I started going out to eat anywhere else.

Amazing staff at the night shift. Very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean, the territory is big and nice. Breakfast is probably not a 5*, but everything was fresh and abundant. Very close to the airport, but the sound of airplanes doesn’t bother inside the rooms. It was my second time in the Guard Hotel and I will choose this accommodation again for sure!

It is close to the airport and I took it as I only went to the hotel to just sleep some hours. The receptionist were the best ones I met in Egypt. I asked to get a taxi early in the morning and this was the only hotel from all I visited in Egypt that told me the real price I had to pay (maximum 80 egyptian pounds), and only for it they deserve the best comment from my part. Thanks a lot.

The shower had no pressure at all. For this price it should have a good shower.

The pool is really good and the varities of activities and food at night with a very good price Kids area and activities. The reception girl was very helpful, and her supervisor really helped me to make my vacation better.

It's not that easy to access, I made it to the rampe with a miracle as they always deny your access. The room wasn't super clean, the shower wasn't working, and it's either extremely hot or cold water. All females and girls must wear a head cover to enter the pool, which is extremely weird and wasn't mentioned on their policy so I had to buy from their with a high price
