Facilities, services and location are excellent. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean. Overal the hotel is excellent.
Sometimes, the response time is more than expected in the restaurant/cafe.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was cooperative specially Ms. MARIAM at the reception she was very friendly, helpful and professional.
There was a very few options of food for dinner also it was overpriced, The pool water was so cold.

I liked how spacious and clean the room was. The hotel was right next to a gas station and mcdonalds. Facilities all around it. Great room service. Awesome breakfast.
The receptionist wasn't the friendliest, made me wait a while to check in. They left the front desk empty a lot, don't know if it's because they had a new year's party or what. My room's location was really bad & there was such noisy construction in the adjacent room. The room lacked privacy, because right next to me were admin offices that could see everything right through my room. The workers downstairs were profane and loud. My window was overlooking a kids area and cafe. (No sound proof walls which made the new year's party noise go on till 6:00 am)

The level of cleanliness is very poor The bed sheet and pillows covers were not changed from the previous guest and more the hotel level is clearly on the decline

The reception/concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt the service could have been better at breakfast, however, I did go very early and maybe they weren't quite ready.
