the pool

The villa was left in impeccable condition exactly how we found it. We didn’t break any objects in the property. Yes we did smoke cigars outside in front of the pool, you even kindly left us with 3 different ash trays. The owner went out of her way to dig through the bin to find empty marijuana packet and try and accuse us all of smoking inside??? The cleaning staff were extremely disrespectful right at the end. Actually started mocking my girlfriend making her feel very insecure as the cleaner came in saying it smells in her in a very disrespectful manner. They decided to walk into everyone’s room and start yelling “CHECK OUT” and 7 am in the morning and I negotiated with the owner via WhatsApp that we will be leaving by 11 so that was very surprising and my mate was very Ill and couldn’t move for the whole holiday and he had to deal with a lot of thing wrong with this villa One of the rooms had a bunk beds inside instead of a single or double bed as shown in listing. But unfortunately I was misled and when I asked the owner about it she said there is nothing she can do as I’m only here for 4 days which was extremely inconsiderate. Her excuse was “a family stayed in before me so I forgot to change” My friend was forced to sleep uncomfortably for the whole holiday . Also the master bedroom looked completely different to the one in the picture. There was no blue blimp underneath that the master bed as advertised. There was no water coming in the whole villa whatsoever meaning none of us were a key to Leave and get their in time for our reservation at Gastroteca Espai Classual as the owner only replied after an hour or so and an additional 3 hours for the plumber to arrive. Lastly the owner rudely accused us of smoking marijuana at the property and her evidence to support this is a photo of an EMPTY small zip lock bag which was in my friends pocket that she found inside the bin. So she’s using that as a reason not to send the deposit.

the place was awesome , the location is not far from the airport the was a close super market near the villa. For transportation is very close the view was and the surrounding was so perfect.

The modern feel to the villa and how we weren’t really overlooked by anyone so it was private.

The only things we weren’t keen on was the construction going on underneath and at the side of the villa that we were staying in, we weren’t pre warned. Other than this the villa was fabulous!

Met host on arrival and was shown around property, any issues we had we would easily text the host and she was always happy to help.
