Very cozy and great location. The apartment is very close to the beach and only 10 min walk from Levanto train station. Enrico and Sarah who are managing the apartments are very friendly and nice, they are always available if you need any help. Totally recommended

The breakfast was a bit light for us who really care about a good and decorated breakfast. It would be better if the kitchen has a stove to make your own breakfast etc.

Levanto is a great base for exploring Cinque Terre. Sarah and Enrique's accommodation is in a great location close to beach, town centre and train station. Would highly recommend staying here.

It was a quiet, peaceful location and only a few minutes walk from the beach but also near local shops and restaurants. . Enrico and Sarah were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable and were cleaned every day.. There was a very good choice of continental breakfast items and they were replenished every day. We really enjoyed the stay very much and would highly recommend Affitacamere Agata.

The size of the bathroom

This was a small apartment of the highest standard. Spotlessly clean, fabulous breakfast all left in the fridge ready for us. Very secure, both beach and centre of town very close. Walking distance from the station. Fabulous hosts.

That we could stay longer.

Walls are quite thin and noises from other rooms can be heard. The right side of the bed seems to be sinking

It's 2 mins away from the beach and 5-7mins away from the town's center, friendly staff, the room was clean and has a lot of space. Good for travels with your spouse. Other than the 2 things I didn't like (presented below), I would say this was near perfection. Thanks again for having us!

Compared to other accomodations at the same price range the breakfeast could be better in terms of service and variety. It's a "do it yourself" kind of deal, but at least it offers you a decent way of making a sandwich and having a tea/coffee before you depart. Maybe there's no space to have a "breakfast room" in the building. Also: that bathroom door from our room had a bifold system which made some noise when closing/opening it. If you're like me (e.g. can hear a mosquito 10km away) that might bother you when your partner goes to the bathroom at night.

I don’t know the market well, but seemed a bit pricey. The breakfast part of the B&B was in the room pre-packaged food (not sure if this is Covid related).

The location is great and the hosts are extremely nice people. The apartment was very clean, too. Functional.

Sadly everything else was not too likeable and we're amazed that the place boasts such a high score. I guess it depends on the room you get in this apartment but our room resembled a very cheap motel more than anything else. The breakfast was pretty poor, too. We usually decide where to stay based on the score of the place and this time it kinda let us down. No disrespect towards the hosts though - they were very nice people.

Enrico is a very nice and supportive host. We kept him waiting for hours due to traffic jams on our way, but he gave us a warm welcome even at 1 am at night. He was very supportive and helped us organizing a reservation in a nice restaurant. I highly recommend his place. We got a room with a nice balkony. The way to the breaches was just a 1 min walk, the way to the centre 4 min and the train station for discovering 5Terre villages is 10 min walk. Finally I want to recommend to all visitors/ travelers to Levanto that want to enjoy Levanto beaches during the main season: Check and book the private beach places long time in advance for sommer season. Otherwise there is no chance to find a sunbed. We had to use the public part of the beach that was ok, but not what we d preferred though.

We should have checked and booked a sunbed in advance, but that was not a big deal since we came for visiting 5 Terre villages without drawn in the mass of tourists over there.

Enrico and Sarah took the time and gave us recommendations not only about what to see but also detailed recommendations about where to eat. And all of their tips were spot on. We loved the hike from Levanto to Monterosso which we would have never done unless they told us about it. The room was super clean (and was cleaned daily). Since we are a little bit on the complicated side when it comes to pillows, we must also add that the pillows were amazing. Bed was comfy and the room was quite large; in fact much larger than we anticipated. There were quite a few beach options in a walking distance from the hotel which was nice (free beaches both sandy and with pebbles were available). The closest beach, which is like a minute on foot, is with pebbles; and the closest sandy option is maybe 5 minutes away (again on foot). The water temperature was perfect as well. Train station was also a few minutes away on foot. Same goes for the boat departure point for Cinque Terre. There were a lot of nice restaurants in the area to enjoy. Overall the location is perfect. We got a free parking spot too, which worked out flawlessly. We also enjoyed that we had a balcony where we could hang our wet towels and swimming suits. Another thing to mention would be the way the breakfast was organized; it was quite nice to be able to do this with our own pace in the comfort of our room. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations and we would like to thank Enrico and Sarah once again, we really had a great time.

If we have to mention something it would be that our room was facing the street and it got a bit loud occasionally due to some scooters passing by. It was not a big deal for us though, for example I could hear it but my partner never did. It might be worth asking for one of the rooms that face the other side if you think you might be bothered by it. It might be also worth mentioning that the breakfast had only sweet options by default. Enrico and Sarah told us when we arrived that we can request other items which was a nice touch, but we never did since we are not really hyped about breakfast

Our visit to this hotel was great! The owners are very Nice and helpfull. The room was quite big with a Nice shower and balcony. Everyday the room Will be cleaned with new fresh towels. The location was very good you can see the beach and a 3 minute walk to the City. I highly recomend this hotel and wil defenitly book again when we visit levanto!
