Belle maison sécurisée et très bien équipée à 20 mètres d’une très belle plage. Merci à nos hôtes pour ce bon moment malheureusement écourté à cause de dame nature.

Très bon accueil avec un propriétaire à l'écoute. Superbe endroit avec plage privée, très calme et agréable avec un service de nettoyage au top. Très bon équipement de la maison.

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und liegt fast direkt am Strand. Alles hat funktioniert und wir konnten auch das Kajak verwenden. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen abgezäunten Anlage wo sich alle kennen. Wir wurden als Mieter nicht begeistert aufgenommen, aber akzeptiert.

Es liegt eben nicht direkt am Strand. Ein Haus liegt dazwischen und daher sieht man vom Garten und der Terrasse nicht zum Strand und Meer, da eine Hecke die Sicht verstellt. Allerdings hat man vorne am Wasser zwei Liegen die man benutzen kann. Leide gibt es Inder näheren Umgebung kaum Lokale oder Restaurants. Alles ist mind. 15‘ mit dem Auto entfernt. Also eher für Selbstversorger.

We live in Mauritius for 9 years and this is the best rental place we visited as a familly. The beach is marvelous and 10 meters away from your door (the villa is in second line but still have sea view from 2nd and third floor). 3 en-suite sleeping rooms, 2 large terrasse, a small garden, a large kayak, water filter, logia, very quiet (no dog barking which is rare in Mauritius), solid internet, full kitchen, smiling maid comes in week days, parking for the car, everything clean and in good condition, really the host is taking care of everything and I am glad to reward with a 10. We'll definitely come back !

An absolutely beautiful home right on it's own private section of beach! Everything was modern, clean and tidy and we were welcomed by the host on arrival! What a perfect and central place to stay. Would absolutely recommend Villa Ximun to everybody!
