Spacious apartment, good sized balcony, very central

No basic essentials on arrival like soap, shampoo or toilet rolls. Towels were hard, the bed was similar to a camp bed and the sheets not wide enough. No oven and only English news TV, so unable to watch anything in the evenings. Balcony and bedroom window views spoilt by rental sale sign. General lack of overall care, though Gabriel was very pleasant and tried to do what he could.

this was probably the worst experience I've encountered in any form of holiday in the years I've been going abroad. on arrival and after showing my booking confirmation i was told my booking had been put down as a no show! no rooms where available and i had to find alternate accommodation for my children, fortunately the hotel i and my girlfriend were staying in had one room left at a considerable cost to me without any recompense or apology, in fact the Frau tried to make out the error was my fault even with the evidence presented to her.. AVOID

Location was very convienent to all amenities. The property was very clean and easy access.

The only downside was no WiFi, there is only 2 gas jets to cook on and no oven. The property lacked air conditioning. But most importantly it is located alongside a main road and the noise from both it and the building construction left it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Fabulous location of apartment. The apartment is of a good size, with a good shower. Very close to beach, harbor, shops and restaurants. Puerto Mogan is wonderful and thoroughly recommended.

Attention to detail. For example, poor quality towels, there was a hole in one of them. The handle of the bathroom kept falling off. We asked for this to be repaired, it was and then fell off the same day. The bed is only a 4 ft bed. No internet.

Good location. Near to shops. Near to restaurants

On arriving I did ot know where to get the keys. After guite a wait after a phone call a young man turned up to let us in, he was very nice but after that we saw no one not even a cleaner all the time I was there. The young man went of with all our reservation papers. As been commented on before the towels are a disgrace and need renewing. The lights need repairing, and you need an iron and a toaster . Not happy at all.
