If you're looking for something different from the standard "hotel-room style" accommodation, then this is the perfect place for your stay. The suite gives the feel of a cavernous space set inside a mountain. Rustic and absolutely charming would best describe it. The accommodations aside, I fell in love with the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and thoughtful and just so very determined to make your stay the very best it can be. Their mantra is a simple "don't worry" while they do everything possible to facilitate your needs. The meals were fantastic. The chef is a delightful man who will happily whip up something special if you ask 😉. And of course, my favorite "dancing bartender"... he lives to entertain. He is such a beautiful spirit and kind young man. If you come to Greece for nothing else, come for the people and the food. The scenery is the icing on a very delicious cake. Speaking of scenery, the location ... WOW! Just stand on the steps of the entrance, and the view of Fira takes your breath away. Whether you go left or right out of the hotel, have your camera ready for a delicious feast for the senses. (General Information): Be advised, pack lightly. Getting around the narrow, steep, and rocky streets with a suitcase can be a bit of a challenge. Wear hiking or sensible shoes/sneakers. The pavement can be hard on your feet.

I'm not fond of the "didn't like" label of this section. But just a few things about my suite (that may be different in others), that I would have liked to be different. The bath setup wasn't ideal. The giant sunken jacuzzi tub is wonderful, but it occupies the entire space, and getting to the faucet controls requires you to step down into the tub to get to them. There isn't really a shower, but instead, a hand-held spray nozzle that you can use if you prefer a shower to a bath. The idea of a washcloth/flannel is a foreign idea in many Greek hotels, and it is here as well. If you use one for your body and/or face, bring your own. Shower gels or liquid body wash isn't provided, so bring your own. Lastly, the split king-sized bed consumes a great deal of the room space, and getting around it could reek havoc on one's toes. (General Information: You may find this not to your liking, but there's no flushing paper down the toilet. It's not particular to this facility, and a know-before-you-go read will elaborate more.)

The view, the vibe you get from the top in your jacuzzi, on your left is Fira town and right the Caldera volcano. Staff was friendly.

Windows were not air tight, that was making awful sound and rain was creeping in all the time. The jacuzzi was not cleaned already. We had to ask before using, you expect an already cleaned facility before check in.

an amazing view on Fira and the Caldera. we were in the suite 10 with the jacuzzi on top and we enjoyed the sunset from it. An unforgivable memory. The breakfast is incredible and gives you enough strength to go to Oia by feet :-) we were enjoying the hotel for our wedding anniversary and we had a special intention from the staff. we really appreciate it

As santorini is really touristic and the hotel offers an amazing view, there are a lot of persons close to your windows all day long and all night long. ear plug are mandatory !!

The breakfast was nice and the location was good. The staff were also helpful and nice.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We also found ants in the bed and we let reception know. They cleaned the room again however the ants were still there.

If there was an option of more than 10 stars I would have given it to them. My stay at mythical blue was the highlight of Santorini trip. I am a member of various hotel chains for more than 7 years but the personalised service that I received at mythical blue was exceptional. They made sure that I have a perfect holiday. Kostas, Erica,Brian and marina were amazing. Kostas and Erica made sure that I am happy and well looked after throughout my stay. I can go back to Santorini only to stay at mythical blue

Beautiful property with an amazing location. If you’re planning to rent a car before arriving, plan to use parking lot 8 and then walk up the hill.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. Starting with the food (most important) it was delicious, such a variety of options for breakfast and they do the best omelettes around!! The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, it’s just how it looks in the pictures if not better. The view from the pool/rooftop is breathtaking, the barman was so kind to take photos of us around the pool at sunset. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santorini very very good location.

Location was great, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was lovely.

We had a suite with rooftop hot tub and excellent view over the caldera. The property is very well kept, and breakfast was delicious. The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful with ferry transfers, luggage, even first aid for a minor fall/cut. Would happily stay here again.
