The views were incredible, the apartment was spotless. Hillory and team were quick to respond and assist with any queries and requests. This really was a luxury stay. The area is quiet at night, and a very short walk to to restaurants/ bars. The intercontinental breakfast was delicious. If you want to dip in out of the busy streets and come back to some peace and quiet this is the place for you. The pool is as private as it could be given the way buildings are positioned on the cliff face.

The property was awesome, very clean and housekeeping was great. The breakfast was awesome delivered to us fresh every morning. Chris the manager is very passion about his job and goes above and beyond to make his guests happy, Hillary in the ‘office’ will get you whatever you need, transfer, island tour, flying dress experience… you name it she will organise it for you!

WOW, just WOW! why this property doesn’t have 10/10 from everyone is surprising. It’s truly a gem and just amazing in so many ways. The views of the sea and sunsets are stunning from this property! Then there are the 3 pools, the extremely clean and comfortable beds (steam shower even?!), breakfast brought in daily during our stay. Milk, Water and Juice stocked every day…. The location is also perfect. It’s truly steps from the heart of Fira restaurants and shops. My husband has traveled all over the globe and he said this is the best property he has ever stayed in (his bar is HIGH). The host was amazing and so responsive and helpful. Everything was just so perfect at this property, just an absolute dream place for our time in Santorini. Book this property, it’s a must!! The pictures are spot on. absolutely perfect!!

I can genuinely say this was the best accommodation we stayed in throughout our Europe holiday, whether you are travelling with a family or on your own I cannot fault this property. The best rooms, the best view, I’m inlove.

The location is everything! The most coveted spot in Fira! Beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the espresso machine is perfect! It was wonderful having a small pool and rooftop view to enjoy in the afternoon. The location is right in the center of everything!

There was a language barrier with the bell boy and the some of the staff which caused some confusion on when we could check in. The host was amazing though. We had a couple issues with the pool and A/C but the Host was very responsive and fixed them remotely.

Misrepresentation of the villa and room features. rooms are small. bathroom leaks. largest room images are shown for every property. this is cheating!

The issues were numerous. One of the bedrooms and very small living space opened directly onto the street. The only source of light was through the door, when closed the room was dark. People from the street would stop and look into the accommodation. No privacy at all, unless you wanted to be in a dark room. The pool was tiny , the paint was coming off the bottom and sides, leaving black spots all over it. Also the sides were yellow. The outside space was inadequate for 3 adults.  There was nowhere to lay down, only 2 deck chairs. Beneath the base of the umbrella was a dirty towel. If was,an offence to describe this as deluxe. The accommodation were very unhelpful, would not allow us to cancel the reservation without losing 50%. They offered us,an alternative, but wanted us to pay 459€ extra per night. I would actively warn anyone against booking this accommodation
