The hotel staff is welcoming and available
The nearby restaurant are amazing, Putipù and il Rudere.
A cheap and small chinese TV in the main entrance, none in the bedrooms.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was poor, some mini croissant overcooked and not to many options.
Overall the facility would be great, but all repairs are done in economy, some cracks on the walls here and there in the rooms, plaster on bathroom tiles...
Could have reported this all, but being basics they should not require explanations, only good will.
The hotel was fully booked therefore some more attention and pride from the owner it would be really appreciated.
A lot of potential...

I am so sorry to have to review this hotel but, I feel the duty to do so precisely because I was born and raised in that same town, I wish that tourists who come to visit Pozzuoli and stay in this hotel can enjoy their holiday. I would like to address this message to the owners; Dear madame, it is not possible for a 4-star hotel to have such a low level of services, in that hotel nothing works as it should, I had problems right from the moment of booking, I had to make 17 phone calls to be able to speak to your reception,! I was forced to book the last room available which was a suite with with a jacuzzi and on booking.com was clearly indicated that this room has a garden view but, instead the room had no view and the jacuzzi was placed in a corner of the sitting room without even a bathrobe, no bath salts, and not even a measly bubble bath, I wonder , what's the point of offering a room with a jacuzzi if there aren't the basic accessories to be able to enjoy it? The bathroom is a truly disaster, the door needs to be replaced as well as the water taps, which are crumbling to say the least, the breakfast is very poor, I don't understand how a 4-star hotel can offer a so bad coffee made with pods of the worst coffe in Italy (caffe borbone) this in the province of Naples? Not to mention that beautiful, indeed stupendous terrace that overlooks the magnificent port of Pozzuoli, a terrace that is kept very badly, yet it would take very little to make it the strong point of the hotel, 200€ of flowers, a good power wash (I suggest a Karcher K7 with all accessories) with which , every morning at 6.00am the whole floor and all the seats must be washed to remove the pigeon droppings, I know very well that it is not easy to keep such a large terrace clean but if you manage to do it it will become the symbol of your hotel. I wish you good luck for the future

Easy to walk to places around Pozzuoli, friendly staff
Definitely not a 4*.
It’s fine, but expect a 2-3* instead. Restaurant only open at breakfast, rooms need a serious upgrade - just even adding cushions on the sofa and paintings on the walls would be good. Needs aircon as too loud / many mosquitos for sleeping with the window open.
The space is so big that it feels unfinished.

pillows were too big and hard.

Location of hotel is easy to get to and a short walk to a lot of entertainment in the area.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
View from my room included a little of the archaeological site 'Temple of Serapis' and the bay of Pozzuoli - so very nice.
-Wifi was non-existent. I could connect but there was no bandwidth for normal browsing on phone/tablet let alone a VPN for my work account on PC.
-Parking. Yes they have but you need to be brave. It is not by the hotel entrance but on a small street around the corner and behind the hotel. But it is tight to get into and exit. I was on 3 wheels at some points trying to exit - according to my colleague spotter. In the end it all worked but I could see someone more timid than me having issues.
-AC unit did not work well for the 1st day and then failed on the 2nd day. It was eventually fixed.
-Breakfast was basic and late each morning. We needed to be on the road early each day so arrived at the advertised opening time but things were not really ready.
-My bed was very hard and pillows were very thin. But my colleague said his bed was super comfortable... so maybe just my room...

Dennise was really nice and all the other staff were helpful.
The rooms are big enough to have a kettle at least. Breakfast was all sweet pastries but I guess that's the Italian style

the pool in our suite was nice and I liked, Tag that the bed was in an extra room. there was an enclosed parking lot for the hotel just around the house. compared to other places we stayed at, the price-performance ratio was good.
the terrace on the roof is nice, but they didn’t use it (no bar or anything…)
our air conditioning in the main room didn’t work (it made noises and pretended to work, but the room just didn’t cool.) this was especially annoying because we used the pool and afterwards the air was really hot and damp.
the windows open into the house, so either you have daylight but everyone can look through the windows or it is complete dark when you shut the lids.
the Wi-Fi was real slow and didn’t work at all in the bedroom.
the breakfast was Italian standard, lots of sweets. but the coffee was bad and I seriously don’t see the point of serving cereals if you don’t even put bowls and milk on the table. (we had the same in other places)
all in all it was okay, but they could do better.
