The scenery from Hotel 11 Gabbiano is stunning and the facilities were great.

The restaurant only offers dinner service from 8pm - it would be great if it could be opened earlier, especially for guests that have travelled all day and are hungry.

The receptionist was so helpful. We arrived late on Sunday. The hotel restaurant was closed, not the guy helped us order pizza using his own phone, and was so patient helping us sort out logistics for the following day.

It’s not their fault, but it’s not the best location to reach by foot. It’s only a 20 min walk, but it’s uphill on a road without a pavement. We could/should have taken a taxi.

The location of the hotel was stunning and especially the restaurant with an open view of the mountains. However, the restaurant is quite expensive compared to the food even though the food seemed to be of good quality.

It could be good to have a lift at the hotel.

There was mould along the side of the shower in the bathroom. The decor is old and tired. The bathrooms are in need of urgent renovation

Lovely view of a ruined castle on a headland. Fantastic service from Reception. A young woman sorted all our transport problems. The young man the night before sent us to the next door hotel for dinner, which turned out to be world-class. A memorable evening.

It was very clean, they clean and prepared the rooms every day. Also they changed the towels every day.

Very bad sewage smell from the outside. The breakfast was all the same every morning and based only on sweets, croissants, coffe cakes, Müsli, white toast bread. We really missed some tomatoes, cheese or something different than croissants..

It was not as expected. The hotel is mainy booked for events and weddings. So you don't get to use the restaurant and the main balcony of the hotel. The staff have no or little English knowledge and the rooms are pretty old and not as clean as many expect. But the staff were nice and did offer help. The events can get a little loud but they usually don't last pas 11 pm. For those who are not planning to rent a car ,I won't recommend this place. Since you can't find any taxi and the hotel shuttle only takes you so far to the nearst main road, only twice a day. And after 6 pm forget about any way of getting to the hotel. We ended up paying a random guy to take us to the hotel at 11 pm from port di portzuli because no taxi was available.

The view from the hotel is great. Breakfast was really good, there were also traditional Neapolitan pastries (sfogliatelle) which we loved so much. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom and especially the shower should be modernised. The hotel should have more parking places as in the evening it was hard to find a spot and we had to leave the keys inside the car.

Too far from any point of interest and downtown Bacoli.

Restaurant was closed due to wedding. Shower head was broken, and A/C didn't work. Had to move to another room and the beds were extremely hard.
