Beautiful bed linen and towels, made for a luxurious stay, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They even did some washing for me which was above and beyond, but such a help as I am touring for the next 2 weeks. In a peaceful location, yet well positioned for superb breakfasts at St Petrocs……I could go on and on
Maybe some makeup remover pads would alleviate Mark’s concern about the towels getting stained? And also some biscuits to go with the excellent selection of teas and coffee.

Mark, the host, was fabulous; lots of helpful communication - and nothing was too much trouble.

Bed (a delightful antique…) was a tad too ‘snug’ for us ‘well upholstered’ people!!

The host Mark was very welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom we had was beautiful, large and very comfortable. The property has a garden which was lovely to use.

No breakfast provided on site, BUT we received a discounted, confirmed breakfast booking at Rick Steins, St. Petrocs Bistro. Delicious.

Mark was a great host, really considerate and accommodating. Breakfast in St Petrocs was excellent.
Definitely need to be organised and book any restaurant reservations in advance to avoid excessive queueing (or just eat away from Padstow)

Beautiful, luxury accommodation. Mark was extremely helpful and we loved the chilled bubbly and warm welcome on arrival Great location close to centre of Padstow with parking!! Excellent breakfast at Rick Stein's as part of the deal. Pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.

The Antique room was beautiful. Large spacious and comfy and in fact rather a wing of the house that just a room.
Mark was very friendly, helped to arrange anything local we wanted to do and even was very accommodating for our more than early arrival.
Great location, just at the top of the main drag (enough to be in the town in 2 minutes, but just far enough back to take respite when needed).
We will be back for sure!

Mark was fantastic, contacted me as soon as I booked the room. Advised me on booking restaurant during the Covid restrictions . We where Greeted upon arrival and shown to our room. The room was perfect and had a really lovely en-suit with a good shower and relaxing bath that we where able to watch tv from

The house was stunning, Mark was amazingly courteous and more then happy to give advice, arrange for extras as it was my wife's 30th, and couldnt have done more to help. Couldnt fault the trip one bit

Incredibly pretty Georgian house now a luxury B&B. Decor is lovely and every aspect of comfort had been thought of including a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge provided by host. Incredibly clean and high quality bed linen and towels. Bathroom had a good sized shower & a roll top bath. Plenty of quality toiletries also provided. Pretty garden and private parking added to the attraction of this place. Breakfast was at Stein’s cafe and included in the price. Good range of dishes and very friendly staff who were most welcoming. Our host had prompted us to book supper out each night of our stay and thank goodness he did. There were no tables available at our initial choices, they were booked out for the entire holiday season. Mark’s recommendations worked very well. Would definitely return to this special place.
