Great little place, comfortable ideal for short stay.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, cosy, clean and comfortable. The house is ideally located to walk into town and beyond whilst being pretty quiet and Wendy is very nice and helpful. We'll stay there again if we return to Padstow!

As on Booking.com as a B&B the website needs too take the photos off breakfast down as when booking its says b&b I know after looking closer down the page it did state no breakfast.

A short walk to the lovely town centre with its great range of shops and restaurants. Padstow is a beautiful unspoiled town and is well situated to explore the fantastic local coastal scenery.

When booking we thought breakfast was included but this was not the case which made the room rate seem a tad high. On-street car parking is very difficult to find and the available carparks are quite expensive.

The room was lovely. Spotless and well maintained. Perfectly situated for the harbour, restaurants and bars. Wendy was a great host.

This property is perfectly located in Padstow, just a short walk to the harbour. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and available at all times should you require assistance.

Fairly minor for us but we weren't expecting such narrow and tight stairs but not a problem.

A great stay ! The guest house has original structure building, which make it more unique. Wendy, the host was very welcoming. Bed was comfy. Great location. Room had nice touches of decor, which make it even more pleasant to stay. Even small thing like a different colour of towels if you sharing a room make a big difference! Highly recommended. Don't think twice, book it if you got a chance 😉

This is a great little establishment on one of the main roads leading into Padstow Harbour. Close enough to stumble out of bed for Breakfast at Rick Stein's Cafe and far enough up to have some peace and quiet when the crowds get to be a bit much. The rooms are traditional and give a good sense of the way people have lived here for hundreds of years (with, of course, all the modern amenities and comforts).

This is not about liking or not liking per se - just be aware that because it is a very old house, the floors are uneven and wonky and the stairs leading to the rooms are quite steep. We found the room spacious enough for ourselves, and the bathroom thoughtfully laid out, but if you need or expect room to move around you might find it cramped.
