The accommodation is in a good location, in the old harbour, and you can walk to the beach (Plage des Catalans, 10-15 min). It's a short walk to the Palais du Pharo (10 min) - nice place with a view. Coffee, tea, dishwasher refills were available in the accommodation. Overall it was a fine accommodation.

I stayed in the Studio Apartment - Cesar. It was good, you just have to take into account that the windows lead to a relatively small courtyard (see photo). So don't count on the view from the windows!

Location was great close to the Port, also secure and within walking distance to beach.

Nothing I can say I didn’t like about it, was happy with the accommodations.

Damia the hostess met us right on time at the entrance to the building. She had very good English and went through all the steps we needed to know for our stay. She was very helpful.

We required two pillows each, there were spares in the wardrobe but they were very discolored and old looking and there were no pillow cases to cover them. It made the bedding seem dirty.

Good, well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and duvet. Good A/C in the room. Dishwasher and washing machine, and also cleaning supllies provided.

The army of moskitos attacked us in the nights! Host might have provided some anti-moskito supplies. Very noisy area, the noise from the hotel ventilation system right below our window, and also loading/unloading at 6AM. No any shelve for the shampoos in the shower cabin. A lack of electrical sockets in the room.

We loved the location just tucked away behind buildings that were on the main road of the historic port, so there was no noise also near to everything ,buses metro boat trips restaurants bars etc.it was really comfy.very secure

There were steps up to the main door and steps up to the apartment we were fine but could be a problem for people who can't manage steps.

The service was very good, host Valentine is polite and available at al times. The room is clean and tidy and all necessities are at hand.

My room was looking at the neighboring building, so I didn't have much light and couldn't keep the windows and blinds open.

It was a very hot Summer's week in Marseille and the apartment was quiet and cool even without air-conditioning. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. modern with a well-equipped kitchen.

The person who met me to show me the apartment was excellent and very helpful.

The description of the facilities provided in the apartment was not accurate. There was supposed to be a washing machine in the apartment. There wasn't. There was a washing machine two floors below me shared by all the apartments in the building. This is absurd. I also discovered that the rack provided for drying clothes was unusable. It was held together with a piece of a black plastic refuse sack. I emailed the company managing the apartment on two separate occasions, sending photos but got no response whatsoever. I have since received an email from the company asking me to say how my stay was and have re stated the issues I had with the apartment. I'm not holding my breath. As I was travelling for a month I chose apartments on the basis that they would have a washing machine. Because of the failure of the company to respond to me I could not recommend this apartment to anyone.

On check in, the room was very clean and location was great, very good spot on the port area, shame there were no views from the room. Liked that the apartment was stocked with tea and coffee and sugar. Bed was very comfy and shower was a decent size

Having to pay a change of check in time fee cause our flight got delayed.. the delay already started our holiday off on a bad note, having to pay 30eur for change of check in time is just horrible. Having no elevator facilities and 2 flights of stairs plus another flight of stairs to access main door outside. The gate area before entering the building was constantly dirty and smelled so bad. The room did not have a balcony when we thought we had booked one with a balcony seeing as we both smoke and had to constantly go up and down stairs to smoke. The lady doing our check in was rude in whatsapp messaging and I don't know of it was the language barrier and not understanding that her way of wording a sentence was coming out rude or if she was just rude. When meeting her live on check in day she seemed nicer than on text. Also, very long list of things to do before leaving. Why are we paying cleaning services when we have to be doing that long list of things before check out?

The hostess was so nice! Air conditioning was great - apartment stayed very cool. View was really, really nice. Bed is HUGE. Apartment gets a lot of natural light. FREE washing machine on site (on the ground floor).

!!!PARKING IS PAID!!! Yes, if you read all the fine print on the listing, it does say this. But it's listed with other FREE amenities like WIFI and Air Conditioning. (SUPER CONFUSING.) So, when we arrived on a Saturday evening, not knowing Marseille or the Vieux Port area at all, it was crazy busy and a bit of a nightmare to find parking. This was a really frustrating way to start our trip. We couldn't get the car into the courtyard area to help get our bags up (FYI there's no elevator either, just be aware), and parking is EXPENSIVE! Also, several little things were broken, like the espresso coffee machine, and the laundry drying rack. Not a huge deal but definitely a minor annoyance. Would also be great if there was a shade umbrella for the balcony.

It was more like a big room, rathar an apartment. Great for a couple, but not so good for three persons. I expected a balco ny but there was such only one and it is not clear from the advs for which flat is it.
