Unpleasant, coach with torn leather cover, leaking aircon in living room and bedroom, dirty linens and pillow case, old smelly towels, sticky/ dirty floors, dirty toilets, broken door knob in bedroom toilet, cockroaches, balcony floor is so dirty. Beds are awfully uncomfortable you can feel the springs and shaky. Overall it is awful and will not go back.

The pool, the location.

The photos weren't correct, the concierge made us wait 20 mins, the room was not made, little linen, not enough towels, no keys and no tea, coffee etc. Very disappointing. We will not book here again.

- Booked a room for 8 people, and 2 of us needed to sleep on the floor - Bathrooms were dirty, hair was all over the floor, sink and bathtub, also the floor was wet - Windows were extremely dirty - In the beginning there was a extremely disgusting smell in the room

There was water on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived. Someone came in and said there was a leak in the apartment above and that he would come back to mop up the water. He never came back. Refrigerator didn’t operate until someone came up to turn it on by clicking on a switch, among many, that was on the wall with no operating instructions. There was no wi-fi. When I went to the registration office, I was told that they did not know the password and had ro contact the owner. They couldn’t reach him. There were no hand towels, two small bath towels- one of which was actually a floor mat for the tub. The bedding was not freshly laundered. This property should NEVER be considered acceptable for someone seeking an alternative to a hotel or for any reason.

The location was ok

The entrance and reception to the condo was as good as any 4 or 5 star hotel, however the apartment was a far cry from what was expected. It looked to be a privately owned condo. It was admittedly a last minute booking , howver when I arrived the aprtment had not been cleaned and the wasing machine was full of dirty linen. I asked several times for it to be re-cleaned without any agreement, they eventually took away the dirty laundry and re-placed it a day later but I have to say it was not a good standard. I had NO hot water for over 2 days with the fuse being eventually diagnosed as the problem. In this day and age a safety deposit box is the normal, however there was not one there, the following day they did bring one but it was just a lockable metal box which could be taken at any time as it was securely fitted. Overall a throughly disappointing expirience and I would certainly not want or reccomend anyone to visit.

no Wi-Fi no tv that works. when complained offered a studio in another block when I paid for a 1 bedroom apartment with Wi-Fi. left early.

The first two bedroom unit given to us - disappointing!!!Very Very dirty. After complaining to the co-host of the unit given to us, thankfully our group transferred to other unit located at Tower One Manchester Place. The said room is Good for Us ( 7 persons for two-bedroom). Thanks to the host Joshua.

Close to the airport

We did have Wi-Fi connection for our whole stay on one of our apartment unit.

Location was decent for the airport but you’re better off staying at a reputable hotel to avoid false advertisers like this host. Waste of money.

Communication non-existent and false advertisement of facilities. We booked this apartment on the basis of using facilities such as the gym and pool on-site as we had a brief stopover in Cebu after a long travel day so wanted somewhere nice to recover and recharge. Not only were these facilities not available but there was no WiFi in the room either so we couldn’t even get in touch with the host easily. When we did finally get in touch, the host was unsupportive and provided zero help, giving false information or directions. The flat next door was also undergoing construction so it was incredibly loud throughout the night and we had a terrible nights sleep. Definitely would NOT recommend a stay here.

Shower room not good..water spells everywhere coz no shower curtains.. Electronic stove take ages to make hot.. Nobody clean our room nor change our towels..no where to hang wet clothes.... MacManus new towns nice to stay but don't like the rooms.. Sorry.

The entire room is very good and spacious for the whole family and so with friends. And i really love so much the outdoor swimming pool specially at night.

The cable connection inside the room was'nt connected and also we cannot connect the wifi.

the shuttle to the beach, no service at all. and my auntie wants to take a taxi or tricycle to the beach. but they don't allowed. was so hard for my auntie to walk because of her medical condition. we're not so happy to recommend this property.

Location was good. Swimming pool was good. Security was good. And many things was not so good...

We didn't have TV there, we got it after few days. We didn't have water machine there, we got it after few days but it was broken. Next day we got new and good condition. We didn't have drapes in master bedroom, they came later and install drapes. Cockroaches we sow many there. We didn't get all keys and toilet lock was locked one person inside there. Disaster. Some dishes, not enough. We stayed there almost 3 weeks. I want to give only one star but i give a few more because some people was nice and helpfull there ....
