Location is good. We did not take breakfast

No hot water. No response from staff at front desk or house keeping when contacted early morning. No one picked the phone. Only one bath towel provided for two guests.

Big room and toilet, very clean, courteous staff and good breakfast. To sum it up i will stay again

we booked for three people . didn’t get the value for the money.

Attitude of the front office, specially towards the people who have done the online booking. When I checked in they said, because you have booked online check in 12 noon and check out 12 noon because of online booking. ( I checked in by about 7.45pm) Otherwise it's 24 hours from the time of check in I believe. I couldn't understand the logic. I said I need time upto 2.00 pm and finally with lots of difficulty they agreed. And they confirmed my tariff as 5,600/ that was with all taxes. Buy when I checked out by 1.30 pm they had marked my tariff as Rs.6000/. They said it's because of taxes. I had to again explain and tell them to get my actual tariff. Not at all a good experience.

I didnt had the breakfast, the location is ok nearby have shops to look for daily needs, Enough parking space available

Toilets are not clean, toiletries are very limited. Front office staff not much trained

Spacious Room. Excellent. Fast service, checked In within seconds. I have only one concern - The room is not sound proof (Door), We could hear all the sound from corridor, even from the next room. And We didn't get the brake fast because We left around 5.30 am.

Cleanliness of the Chair and the Lift was not adequate. Need a lot of cleaning .
