The property was run dow! Dishwasher broken, dryer sounded like a fire alarm, the carpet going downstairs was frayed and I tripped twice on the frayed carpet. The construction in the garage was painful and getting into the parking space was difficult! Getting out worse. But on the bright side it was clean and the view spectacular. The property manager was helpful.

We just got home last night and greatly enjoyed our stay. The views of the lake from the living room and bedrooms are unforgettable and relaxing. The unit is layed out very comfortably with a washer dryer, perfect kitchen, great room, balcony and three bedrooms and full bath downstairs. I stayed with my two kids (9 and 13) and we all had a wonderful time at the private beach a few steps away. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Canandaigua and an hour to most other Finger Lakes locations. We visited Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Geneva, Corning and several wineries by Seneca Lake on our stay. The host was very proactive regarding construction in the garage and offered us a credit for our trouble which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again when visiting the region. Highly recommend.

My family traveled to visit me in NY for the first time. The condo was perfect, location was great and the beach was better than I had expected. The host even granted late check out so we could enjoy the beach a bit more. The condo had lots of supplies that was much appreciated (coffee, seasonings, etc). Assigned parking was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was as described with exception of being located on a cliff. Elevator access to lake beach area. Nosy resident policing beach and community kayaks, not appreciated!!! Asked twice (In 2 days) if an owner or renting then lectured when responded renting. Very much disliked the lecture, if I wanted nosy neighbors I could have gotten that for free at home! Asked where staying but declined to give specifics, felt like would be getting owner in trouble.

Had a great time at this rental. We rented for our annual Girls Weekend at Canandaigua Lake. This rental is about 15 minutes from restaurants, shopping and Spas. Pictures are accurate and the host was quick to respond and very accommodating!!

The unit was beautiful. One disappointing thing was the elevator to the private beach was not operating and the private beach was closed. Even though the owner had let us know well in advance of our stay, this was still disappointing.

Owner remarkable
Arrived at property to find it everything and more what was written about it. Had an unfortunate situation come up at home that had to immediately leave. We had not touched anything and I called Linda And she was so very understanding and credited me a full refund. I am forever grateful. Not many people would do that. I hope to return to same property for a stay because it really is exceptional. The view is fabulous

This property is absolutely a treasure. My husband and I missed our dream trip to Ireland due to Coivd19 so we decided splurge and have our 20th Wedding Anniversary at this amazing place with a stunning view. Very clean, peaceful and beautiful!

Ok let’s address the obvious first...THE VIEW. I promise you will never get sick of the beautiful view that Canandaigua Lake offers. We were out on the balcony with coffee in hand first thing every morning. Lindsey has styled her condo so perfectly with its open floor plan that encourages late night conversing. We didn’t turn the TV on once! The beach offered by the condominium community is so cute too! Sunbathing chairs, grill, and fire pit are all offered to guests. Downtown Canandaigua is only ~15 min away, where you can get a bite to eat on the water, rent kayaks, or just get groceries. We LOVED our stay! Thank you!

Heaven on Earth!
My husband and two adult children stayed at this property from Friday to Wednesday. The place is immaculate and Lindsey did not forget anything. The location and the views just can't be beat. Lindsey was very quick to respond to any questions I had and she offered some great suggestions. I can't wait to stay here again. You will be delighted when you walk into this place...just amazing!

great view, small beach and that is it in the summer
Property was clean but tired. There was a superior view with AC only upstairs for great room and all three bedrooms down stairs had zero AC which made sleeping difficult if the weather was over 80 degrees which was the norm in July . Electric Grill dirty and plug smoked Lake very clean as I remembered as a child 40 years ago but shorefront small in area and very full / crowded. No paddle boards/ kayak / sun fish that would entertain older sons 18-23

The unit we stayed in was VERY clean and well maintained. The view of the lake was beautiful and peaceful. We would have liked to have been a little closer to the town, but The condo was exactly what we were looking for.
The outside of the building looks like it needs some maintenance/upkeep, but Overall,we would return.

The main living area is spacious and family friendly with 4 places to gather - on the game table, the outdoor balcony, in front of the entertainment area or a lovely sitting area.
The beach amenities are fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs, water toys and gas grill.
Overall, great place to get away for a long weekend or a week at the lake!

Perfect little birthday getaway
Surprised my husband with a last minute family getaway for the weekend and it was perfect. she even had a pack-n-play for our 2 year old! Amazing view where we could grill out and chill. Would definitely rebook again!
