Good location, very nice decor, friendly staff were all factors that made our stay so excellent.

Quite a lot of stair so if problem with that it might be an issue.

Tout était parfait, nous avons eu accès à l'appartement plus tôt que prévu. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé, calme, à quelques minutes du centre historique de Bologne. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Petites attentions à l'arrivée très agréables. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la journée le jour du départ.

Great location. Beautiful apartment with terrace, friendly personnel. Handy parking very close. We had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

No elevator which could be a problem for someone - for me not a problem really.

Wunderschöne moderne kleine Wohnung. Die Frau die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat war super freundlich. Auch die Wohnung selbst wies keine Mängel auf. Sie hatte eine super Lage und wir konnten viel von Bologna zu Fuß erreichen. Check in und Check out hat super einfach funktioniert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen ;)

Nice bright bedroom with high ceilings and pleasant decor; some good bars and restaurants nearby

Disappointing in light of the review score (I suggest reading reviews sorted by lowest first; they more accurately reflect the experience I had, anyway). The flat was cold and the centrally controlled heat can’t be modified (at home we heat to 18-19 degrees but this felt considerably colder). It felt a bit cheap to have just three coffee pods for a three-night stay, two of which were creamy vanilla flavored. The sitting area was small, stark and uncomfortable (see photo). The terrace is shared with the neighboring flat and looks onto the backs of some fairly grubby buildings. As warned, the flat is a walk-up (four flights of stairs); it’s about a 12-minute walk to the center. Tiny shower with no place to put shampoo/gel. Staff was pleasant enough but no real service or feeling of hospitality (but you can store your luggage in the office). I regret to say better comfort and service can be found in a nicer, more central area at the same price.

Het appartement lag maar op 10 minuten loopafstand van het grote plein. Wij sliepen op de bovenste verdieping en hadden een heerlijk balkon/ terras, een goed bed en een prima keuken. De douche heeft een goede warme straal. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt waar we ons ontbijt hebben gehaald. Naast het appartement zit de receptie waar altijd overdag iemand aanwezig was waar je je vragen aan kon stellen.

Eigenlijk was alles oké. Misschien had de dame bij de receptie even kunnen vragen of ons verblijf was bevallen.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It is close to many restaurants and cafes but very quiet & about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square and Quadrilatero. The lounge area had lots of space with a lounge and a good sized dining area. The kitchen was on the small side but had a good size fridge & most things we needed to cook a meal if we wanted but with all the food options in Bologna we had no need. When we didn't want to eat out we bought food from Quadrilatero market or the other amazing food delis & took it back.

There was no plug for the kitchen sink so we had to use the dishwasher, which was a bit of a waste given it was a full size dishwasher and use a lot of dishes.
