- Location was incredible. Very close to the main area and within walking distance - Initially used Rapallo as a base to explore the region but would recommend staying in Rapallo for a few days - Aircon/wifi - When our train was delayed our host was able to meet us quite late so that was very appreciated

- Cooking utensils need updating - Had to buy toilet paper as there were only two rolls provided - Bed wasn't very comfortable - We were given fair warning but the steps up the apartment are quite steep

The staff was very kind, helped me when I couldn't figure out the A/C and stove. Great location and very nice place.

I did booking for my parents. They really liked the stay here. It's spacious unlike the most of the hotels in the area. The host was kind and easy to comunicate with. The location is also pretty central.

The only thing maybe to mention is the staircase to the appartement, this can be a small minus for seniors.

The apartment was spotlessly clean! The bath was pretty modern and there was instant and enough hot water. Even though I did not use the kitchen, it was extremely well equipped: there was a stove, an oven, a micro-wave, a kettle and even a mixer (of course additional to all the cutlery, tablewear and cooking utensils)! The apartment is in the middle of the old town of Rapallo and literally everything is within walking distance, 1 min to the sea. The bedroom window is towards a quiet back street so there was no noise from the bars and restaurants on the main street. The couple that rents out the apartment is really nice and they are very flexible with respect to check-in times. There is a small convenience store right next door, which is super useful for everyday goods.

It was no problem for me, but I think it is good to mention that the apartment is on the second floor of the building and only reachable via a rather steep flight of stairs. Absolutely no big deal for me, but for people that are not very fit on their feet anymore this might be a bit of a challenge.

There is NO WIFI but I mean, no phone reception either (except near the window of the bedroom). I had TIM as an operator. Note: my cousin came to visit and she had ILIAD and she did have reception though. The house is a typical “genovese” apartment which means very steep stairs to reach the floor. I would not recommend if you have a baby buggy (like I did) and small kids. As you will have to take it up and down the stairs all the time.

Perfect location: in the heart of the town, close to everything. Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment. We enjoyed the stay here.

No WIFI - unpleasent surprise, especially if you are not from EU :( Apartment is on a high first floor and the steps are rather steep - not recomended for small kids and if you are not fit enough :D
