The hostess was very professional and extremely pleasant! I would strongly recommend this property, right in the centre of the old town. Easy access to fine restaurants, historic landmarks and beaches in a close approximate.

This accomodation is a brand new, modern appartment situated in an old building. The renovation concerned all aspects (plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, furniture, even the surface of the walls!) so that you are in a 21st century "new" appartment (large living room + 1 bedroom) which is situated in the middle of the old town. The position with respect to all sights, restaurants and cafés is excellent. Located very near the post office it is even easy to find when you are alone. Though the initial contact, the 150 m walk from the South Gate to the appartment, had to be done with the owner. The owner-manager is a competent and very well organized person who helps with all arrangements you ask for (e.g organizing an excursion, ordering a taxi, signing up for a boat excursion....). The double windows are sound-proof, which some people may appreciate. (Personally, I had all windows open all day AND night.) There is A.C. as well as heating. Wifi signal strong and stable; bandwidth sufficient for watching videos.

Situated on the second floor. Most people will probably not mind.

I came on the destination alone and Kristina helped me with parking my car on a safe and free place. During a small walk to the apartment, she told me tips and tricks for staying in Kotor. She was very kind and helpful and I felt very safe by staying at her place. I traveled across the world, and I can say that she as a host is above all standards. The room at the very rooftop was super clean with all that I needed. The view was amazing, looking at the hills, church, bars and restaurant. It gave me the feeling of a real holiday. I had a guest all the time, a very nice cat that was coming over the rooftop 🥰 I would recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and once again, for Kristina that made me really feel welcomed to Kotor 💗

The apartment was an excellent size, big and roomy. Small kitchenette with table and chairs. Bathroom excellent in size with large shower. Air conditioning and windows / door you can open to a balony where we spent a couple of hours each evening listening to the music from the restaurant under us. The view of the mountains from our balcony was magnificent. Had perfect warm weather with many shops, restaurants and ice cream places to eat at. Our hosts were excellent and very patient waiting for us on our first day. We were offered a laundry service which I highly recommend as very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kotor.

The church bells 🔔 waking me at 6am, hubby slept right through 😂 Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with perfect views however, a lot of steps which can be difficult if one of you has leg problems.

Fantastic location, couldnt be any more central. The view from the room is second to none. The modern loft room is situated in a effortlessly cool and sympathetically renovated 600 hear old UNESCO heritage building. The bed was very comfy and the shower room was very nice. The hosts Kristina and Mierco were fun, friendly and chilled. Any request was sorted.

very nice and clean recently refurbished appartement in the very center of the old town Kristina was an awesome host with a lot of flexibility. she arranged a free parking for us and was full of good advices.

Warm welcome, good apartment.

Kind of difficult to park, plus you need the presence of the host to enter the apartment. Which can be super annoying for foreigners because we don’t have internet in this country without paying. I had to go grab the WiFi of a hotel to contact the owner to enter the apartment afterwards.

The location in the old town is just perfect. We stayed here especially to make an early 7am walk up to St James Fortress before the sun hit us. Back down for breakfast in the cafe below our apartment. Our attic room was lovely. Clean and had everything we needed. The saxophone playing in the bar below was very atmospheric as we sat on the balcony watching the full moon rising over the mountain. The price was amazing and Aleks, our host, was really helpful with everything.

Unfortunately many things went wrong here: the shower did not work properly, the beds werde not made, the room was totally cold (but we could warm it up with the air condition), there was no cable for the kettle and the soap was extremely fluid (hardly a difference to water). It was also a pity that it was not possible to get the address of the accomondation. So we had to meet at the main gate but as the wifi did not work there it was not so easy to contact the person in charge. Be aware that there is free parking outside the town wall but you have to be lucky to get a parking lot. All in all, it was the worst accomodation we have seen in Montenegro so unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

How it was in the center of old town. The window is facing the hill behind and it was breathtaking. The room was clean and modern. Only a little bit cold because the heater didnt work so well. The host was helpful and easy to arrange for checkin. They even have breakfast but pity we had to leave early so we missed it. Lovely place. Would recommend ;-)

Maybe shower curtain so the water wont spill in the bathroom
