• Registration a bit slow. Booked from the booking.com and the hotel can't confirm my booking just because their system has not received the payment yet from booking.com....and wait and wait for the check in...

Everything experienced was just acceptable on average.
Size of room. Everything was squeezed. A double bed in a strictly single room. Tiny table for coffee making facilities. Could not accommodate a laptop. No used towel hangers behind en-suite door. In appropriately placed cupboard between wall and bed. Two very large towels provided which did not serve any purpose. No hand towels whatsoever. Only two premixed coffee packets for 2 days. No tea bags. No luggage rack. Very poor lighting in en-suite and main room. Not sure if it only met the description of a two star hotel. Should have been more vigilant in the details on booking site.

Untuk kamar cukup baik walaupun agak sempit.

The location is about 5 minutes walk from NU Sentral. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The lift also provided.
The room is dirty and we saw 3-4 cockroaches. The soap and shampoo were not provided until we had to ask some from the receptionist.

Warm welcome by the staff, quick registration process.
Room was reasonable for the price.
Pipe in the room was loose, one of the towel was old. Otherwise not much complain

Room was clean. Signing in and out efficient. Room was quiet thanks to thick walls. Location good and convenient for KL Sentral.
No particular grouses. a water or soft drinks drinks machine would have been welcome. Could nor rebook on the spot, had to go thru internet.

The hotel is near to everything. That's all
No clean up for 3 night stay... Need to tell them if want to clean up. They should ask and tell guest from the check in time if want to clean room please ask at counter. No notice what so ever. Cockroach everywhere... The light bulb they didn't not change even after i ask to. The corridor also got problem with the light. Bad experience in this hotels. Will never repeat staying at this hotel. Traumatized!

When check out, key given back, the staff said ok. Then asked for the advance money, then only he given back.

Great location, close to main railway station, and surrounded by good places to eat. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, and we were provided with basic toiletries and bottled water.
Although bedding had clearly been laundered there were a couple of residual blood stains on duvet cover.

1. Get 2 towel only, we booking for 3person.When request another one reception ask all towel finish.
2. Push customer to checkout faster before 12.30pm, actually we already request to checkout 1pm on last night checkin.

Stupid n unsafe rule 30 mins after check out time lights are off n in pitch darkness without warning bad experience being in washroom in darkness. First n last time ever.
