This is passable for a one night stopover, I wouldn't stay any longer than this. It is a good location with lots of shops and restaurants around including a small shop right below the accommodation selling snacks and drinks. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were lovely. Towels and soaps were provided, there was air conditioning. We were able to walk to the port in the morning, it took about 30 minutes with our rucksacks. It cost 500 pesos to get from the airport to this accomodation - airport taxi. We struggled to find an atm nearby that took our uk debit card, eventually we found one located inside a department store about 10 mins away.

Our room didn't have a window, the bathroom was old. The accommodation needs updating.

The room is small yet clean. The room service was pleasant. For a small price there is already a TV, aircon, and heater! The elevator makes it easier to go down the building. It was hassle-free! There is a convenience store located at the ground floor. There are two 7/11 nearby, one silugan for our breakfast, and cheap cafes too!

The bedroom itself was clean although there were holes in the bedding. It’s location is nice near many restos.

The bathroom was quite moldy In 407 including the ceiling. Bleach is your friend. It took several hours for the AC to cool down the room. If you know people are coming, turn it on ahead of time. Additionally I tried to checkout at 7:45 and the lobby entrance from floor 2 was closed. People were in there, could see me and did nothing. So I had to carry my luggage down the stairs to ground floor and come up another set of stairs to the lobby. Do better.

Honestly it was okay place. Location is okay as long as you dont mind walking a little. Taxis had hard time finding as signage is not easy to see till you pass the place. I ended up walking back to hotel cause taxi dropped my off at corner because we passed it.

They need to put better signage so easier to see before you pass it. Not allowed to have food in your room. Felt like i was a school kids. My room had broken tiles and bathroom missing a tile. Toilet didnt flush properly because water never stopped running.

I'm comfortable of the place.
