The vibe of the hotel with its decoration is really nice and it has a rooftop with an amazing view on the lake. The staff provided us with valuable recommendations to visit Udaipur that made us enjoy this city plainly! Moreover, the property is very well located in the city and its main sights.
The wifi was not working in the room but that allowed us to have a nice break out of our phones :)

Monty was a very thoughtful and solicitous host. Helped us with train ticket, money exchange and laundry service. He and his family were very kind and made the whole stay much more pleasant!
The room was very comfortable with a good bed and a warm blanket.
The guest house is near Ganghor Ghat - which is a nice place to hang and close to the dance show - and some delicious restaurants. I definitely recommend the stay!

the guest house is well located to visit the city, it's clean, they were helpful and nice, there was a problem with electricity but they fixed it really fast, hot water, you can have your breakfast on the terrace with a really nice view, good value
it's in the city center so you can't access it with a car, it's by walk or with an auto, there are stairs, there are noises on the road and it's a little dusty because of the road works but it's not the guest house's fault

Bathrooms provided for single room could have been better. It was a little too small and also not that clean.

Value for money. I had booked the lake view room. The view was great from there. Interior photos of property doesn't justify it, in reality it looks way better.
Facilities were minimal. Washroom was on smaller side, but it's expected from homestay.

Very beautiful and cosy place. This lovely family runs their business for 6 generations already!! Perfect location and the hospitality was great. We did a Indian cooking class in the place and it was awesome. 100% recommended!!

Location is good. Apart from their receptionist lady (Daughter of the owner who behaves like owner) everything is good about this hotel.
Owner was very nice and helpful so his Son but his daughter was crazy and misbehaved a lot. She is the receptionist and the way she talks is enough to drove guests away. She is not willing to provide minimum assistance and she breaks into rooms in guest's absence and check out rooms with spare keys.

Rooms were on 2nd and 3rd floors and there was no lift so it was difficult to travel more than three times up and down as we are tired after exploring the city

Very clean and wide rooms. Pleasantly decorated with pictures and plants. Rooftop with views of the city and the lake and breakfast. Family owned so i was able to meet with the owner and have tea with him.

Very convenient location in the old city right by the footbridge crossing the lake. Nicely decorated entrance & stairwell with plants and hanging coloured glass lamps. I liked the hand-painted edging in the room; a nice touch.
No fault of the guesthouse, but the street immediately was being dug up and new pipes laid while I was there, making access difficult. Also barking dogs at night and in the early hours just outside were a bit of a nuisance.

the staff lady was doing all the work. Most time i was embarrassed to order food. She cleaned all the complex (i mean pluss rooms), register customers, kitchen duties… List goes on and probably some more duties i don’t know.

The house is beautiful and have good atmosphere. My room was small without window, but comfortable. The roof and the view are great.
The location is good, near from many shops, restaurants and from the City palace.
The owner looked like he forgot my reservation and told me he will give me another room, but he didn't. The daughter of the owner is not very welcoming and smiling

Nice comfortable room and very good location!
It was a bit too comercial... the service in the restaurant took very long and we signed up for a yoga class in the morning that never happened, no one showed up and no excuse was given.

Washroom for any purpose I had to go on top floor for every little handwash. It must be at same floor.
