Great flat for a short visit to Dundee in a good location for access to the city, with good public transport connections, on street parking, spacious living area, very well designed bathroom, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

The lighting in the living area wasn't good for reading - another lamp would have been helpful.

Nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood outside of the city center. A gaint park few steps to the north, great views on the way and a super interesting housing area south. Mercedes was very helpful and nice, granting us a late check-out. Kitchen well equipped with everything that is needed for a few days stay.

Staircase could be lit a bit better.

Only stayed as was unable to find alternative accommodation in Dundee, plans made & not wanting to cancel. Lived out of suitcases in the hope alternative accommodation became available. Free Parking - shower works nice - shower head needs a clean, washing machine - drawer has black mould.

Overflowing bins & rubbish outside the building. Stairwell dark no lighting, uneven stone steps dangerous in dark & dirty with strong smell of cannabis. Toilet flush really noisy, doors did not shut properly, skirting boards hanging off, tv only has now tv & needto sign up, Wi-Fi intermittent, wallpaper peeling from ceiling, furniture (dining & coffee table) was damaged, blinds dirty & stained, tiles in bathroom cracked, shower unit dirty, floor spongy & lifting in places, apartment needs redecorating. Unable to post more photos as won’t allow it

Easy access to city centre. Quiet. Close to lovely Baxter park. Good shower and kitchen.

Little disappointed with interior as didn't look as smart as photos. Tired and needs some repair and updating.

The entrance way and stairway and door to the apartment was a disgrace.

location not so good, just one little local ‘corner shop’ for milk,etc so had to go into town 30 mins walk away or catch a bus,but buses infrequent.
