Had everything I needed and was close to shops

Very good value for a penthouse flat. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was smooth with representative waiting on arrival to show me parking space and around the flat. If I need to return to Cambridge for multiple day stay I would use again without hesitation.

The hosts left a lovely welcome gift of orange juice, milk, pizza and some small toiletries. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again if ever in the area!

The Meade House building entrance and elevator weren't as clean as expected.

I just spent 17 days in the Signet apartments and it´s been a very pleasant stay, in all senses. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 2´ walk from the station and the Botanical Garden, and 10´ from Parkers Piece and the City Center. Everything looked pretty new and clean. It is fully equipped, including high-speed internet connection, smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc) and an Alexa, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine (including the necessary soap), etc. The apartment also had some of the things that you need, but it´s a pain to buy for only a few days (i.e. salt/pepper, coffee/tea, garbage bags, shampoo, etc). As for the service, they waited for me at the door and showed me everything. To my surprise, they had bought a pizza and orange juice, so that I didn´t have to go shopping on arrival. They also cleaned the apartment once per week, left clean towels and sheets, and some chocolates. Overall, it was a very easy and pleasant stay. I can certainly recommend these apartments.

There were some construction works across the street, and it was a bit noisy in the morning. But, obviously, this had nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Great kitchen, spacious living room, clean bathroom with excellent modern equipment. Very good service from Signet. Very handy location right next to the railway station.

Some construction noise nearby during the day. Bed is on the soft side. But these weren't major issues at all.

We were a little concerned on arrival to find that there was building work going on close by, but the apartment has very good double glazing, so this wasn't a problem once inside. The apartment was excellent with comfortable beds, a really good shower and well decorated throughout. The kitchen was really well set up with everything that you could want. We were particularly pleased to find a decent sized teapot, milk jug and tray, something which many apartments don't provide. There were even antiseptic wipes, hand gel, gloves and a mask. The apartment was very handy for the railway station and also had secure underground parking, which, once we'd got the hang of the remote, worked really well. We had a problem getting the hob to work and phoned to get advice and were responded to promptly, even though it was the evening. There is a Sainsbury really close by, opposite the station and an excellent bread shop near the Botanical gardens, only a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Just a minor niggle and one which we have at home, is that the plates are too large for the dishwasher. Everything else was great.

I liked that it is a modern apartment with all the facilities (washing machine, iron, modern kitchen). Unlike the old English buildings, this apartment provides increased comfort. The host is extremely attentive and willing to help you. This is the second time they have agreed to go to the apartment earlier. For my needs it is extremely well located: right next to the train station, many cafes and grocery stores
