Location near the airport was very good. Had to wait for over half hour to get entry …no email with instructions! Rang host five times and emailed and got no response. Eventually had to ring Booking.com. Host said she had been at doctors but could have emailed me to let me know and that would have been fine. Spoke to very unhelpful and rude man when I tried to get Wi-Fi code.

Poor reception and rude responses from man on phone.

Humedad, la puerta del baño dañada, una sola calefacción ( radiator) y habia que estarla trasladando de un sitio al otro, la manilla del baño estaba dañada, y la zona alrededor rural, aunque tranquila.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und die Wohnung war dafür perfekt, da sie sehr nah am Flughafen ist. Ausserdem war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Ana hat uns ein Willkommenspacket gemacht mit 2 Brötchen, Wasser, Zucker und noch anderen Dingen. Ausserdem hat sie für uns im Badezimmer einen Rassierer, Duschgel, Binden und Tampons hingestellt. Die Ausstattung war grossartig!!

Entry into property delayed 90 minutes, previous occupants had left late and trashed the place. A message had been sent 30 mins before my scheduled arrival, when it was known that I would be driving alone through the city so I didn't see it. A stressful and horrible experience with owner who threatened me with cancelling contract - happy to throw hot, tired woman in 70s + dog on to street. She insisted on calling her adult, very professional employee, 'the girl'. Totally unacceptable in African ex-colonies, for example, as this term was used to denigrate employees ( the respectful term is 'empregado/a’). I was humiliated into begging to wait outside for another hour as I had no other options. I know this is not at all the usual Portuguese hospitality and have stayed in wonderful places for same or lower price, in Matosinhos for example. Big mistake to choose this place. I left a night early as soon as my business was concluded. Apartment is really only suitable for stopover. Very uncomfortable - aged, creaking, stained, cheap, small sofa bed the only place to sit for 2 people max. I live in Portugal so I recognise that everything is the cheapest possible. Junk bicycles in yard not as promised. 1 available socket in kitchen so inconvenient to use for microwave, kettle, coffee machine.

Friendly host and quick communication. Able to accommodate an earlier check in last minute which was appreciated. Clean and comfortable with nice details including various bathroom essentials and a welcome gift. Highly recommend!

We booked this place because it was so close to the porto airport, easier to catch the flight. also like about the check in, no need to meet with the owner, easy instruction and quick. owner is thoughtful to provide snacks, beverage for our stay

will be nice to have space in shower to put shower gel/ shampoo on the cushions in couch were very worn, almost feel not clean

Big and cozy space which has everything needed. Private parking, 7 minutes ride to the airport. Easy access. Fresh linen and comfy pillows. All is great!

The flat was very basic and small and didn't look like the photos at all so it was rather disappointing for us.

Sketchy neighborhood. Overpowering smell of room fresheners (3 plug ins) - even unplugging them and opening the windows didn’t help. Mold on ceiling/wall (hence overkill on the air fresheners)

Great place at an amazing price. Spotlessly clean, quiet, full kitchen, very comfortable bed. Efficient self check in. Easy 25 minute walk to the airport. I will stay here again if I have a late or early Porto flight.

There isn't much close to the house so you'll need to bring your own food. I think it would be cold in winter.

I love the place very nice and clean. The house smells good and they have welcome food and drinks for us. It's also near the airport it is very convenient if you have an early flight schedule the next day.

They have poor water in the shower like there's no much water coming out when you take a shower and the water duvet is not working.

the unit needs SOON some good love and maintenance to face the 'tear and wear' of furniture, appliances and doors/windows and external area: one shower head needs replacing, kitchen hardware could be better and bigger (no way to cook for more than 2 persons) and no oven trays etc that we could find. I would suggest to externally insulate walls (it would be fairly cheap work) and change all single glass for double (already more expensive) but investment would be fast compensated by the lower energy consumption for heating/cooling

Good location and easy parking. The apartment was very clean and welcoming with a generous basket of goodies awaiting us. The rooms were pleasantly decorated, and one was ensuite which was nice. Communication with host Ana was very good, and the information supplied accurate and friendly.

It was a little cold in the farthest bedroom, though extra blankets are supplied.

Parking was very convenient on the property. The little welcome basket was very nice and the place was very clean. The host was very nice and responsive. She provided great instructions.

The kitchen could be stocked a little better regarding dishes.

Easy self check-in. Some snacks for a gift. Convenient location for travelers who leaves using Porto airport. The room was clean and air heater was working perfectly, so it wasn't cold.

Not enough electrical sockets. Only one garbage bin in the bathroom.
