very close to the beach, clean, peaceful, very accommodating host

We had a great stay in Margarita Resort! The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants and also close to the beach. The room is nice and comfortable, all the details have been taken care of. The host, Dionisis is super friendly and helpful and gave us great tips on the best places on the island. Would definitely stay there again!

Really comfortable, well equipped, easy to access, quiet, everything worked and great service.

It’s a personal thing, the bathroom getting fully wet but not a deal breaker as everything else was incredibly comfortable and nice.

We had the most amazing stay at Margarita Resort. The Room was exactly like on the picture and so was the whole building. Everything was clean and in great condition. The location is good aswell. You have a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to the main road. The street the resort is located on is perfect. It is quiet at night but busy enough during the day and evening with many restaurants, bars and shops. You gave a little kitchen area with a fridge and a freezer, both a good size. Right across the hotel is a supermarket with very friendly people who can also speak english fluently. They have many breakfast items. The thing that made our stay amazing was Dionisis, our Host. We arrived quite late on the island but that was not a problem at all. He waited for us at the location. He is a very kind and helpfull host. His English is great so communicaton was not a problem. Dionisis was also of great help in exploring the island. He gave us a map and he highlighted everything that could be of interest for us. During our stay, everyday he asked if we needed anything or if he could be of any assitance. Not in a pushy way, but in a very relaxed way. For instance when we walked by him on our way to the beach or to the main street. And we could always send him a message if we needed anything. A great and relaxed guy who will make your stay even better! We had a great time and if we ever go back to Zakynthos, this will be our stay of choice!

The only thing that was not great, was the wifi in our room. But for us, this was not a big deal. The wifi on our balcony was good so if we wanted wifi, all we had to do was walk outside.

The house is located in quite area, close to the beach, chops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

There is no wardrobe and shelf where to put your staffs. It is not the problem for 2-3 days, but if you are for a week you should keep your dress in suitcase. The air conditioner is very noisy and does not have sleeping mode.

We had an amazing holiday at Margarita Resort, everything was perfect. The room was really beautiful, very clean and comfy, with a nice balcony. The location is very good, close to the beach, the bus station and the restaurants. Dionisis was very helpful and friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

Very friendly host, thanks for making our holiday as a great success. The location is perfect in between the shops/taverns and the beach. We had a great time. Appartment was very clean and had a nice balcony with great chairs.

Nothing actually.... only thing I could mention is it might be handy to have a sponge or something in the kitchen to clean the dishes, but that's actually not worth mentioning ;-)

Dionisis was so helpful and always around if you needed anything. I stay in a lot of places where hosts tell you that and then you cant get a hold of them but Dionisis was genuinely there to help with anything. The apartment was beautiful and very comfy and nice and quiet considering the location

Shower is amazing! Great for washing all the sand from the beach that is just a short walk away. Very comfortable bed. Perfect localization for either a quiet stay or party lifestyle. Owner is very helpful. Would recommend to everyone

We were amazed with the hospitality and the good vibes of the host. Rooms were comfort and cozy and even in a busy location it was pretty quiet. Walking distance from the beach and many shops around.

Location is 'touristic'. We didn't locate any quality restaurants or nice bars around. However, that was not that much of a problem since you definitely need a vehicle in Zante

We loved our stay in Margarita Apartments.The apartment was new, modern and extremelly clean. On top of that, it's very well located just a few minutes walking from kalamaki beach and it was cleaned every everyday. Dionisis, the owner, is extremelly nice and helpful and gave us great tips of where to go and to eat well in Zakynthos. We could not feel more welcomed and will certainly be back.

Beautiful room, and modern bathroom with rainfall shower. Apartments are in the perfect location to enjoy Kalamaki. Dionysis is a great host too, always helpful and friendly. We also found the local hotels let you use their pools for free so no need to worry that the apartments don’t have a pool.

Many things to like... - I love a great host and Dionisis is exactly that. From the instant we arrived at the property to when we left, we were very well looked after. He gave us his time at check in to explain, recommend, advise, etc. and, in the end, we did so much of what he suggested. His local knowledge was invaluable. It was always lovely to drive into the property after a long day out and feel like you were coming home as Dionisis's reliable smile was there to greet you and he'd eagerly ask how your day was. He is without question the heartbeat of this gorgeous little accommodation. - Location. Margarita Studios offered us peace and quiet whilst being in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, tourist kiosks, mini-markets, etc. Super close to airport which is an added bonus. There is no way we would've enjoyed our stay as much had we stayed on the main street in Kalamaki or in nearby Laganas with its riff raff, loud/busy roads and crowded footpaths. - Room was cute, cool (thanks to a very strong A/C) and had a lovely terrace to sit on and enjoy the pretty garden and relaxed atmosphere. Daily housekeeping meant things were kept fresh. We also appreciated the coffee machine!

Nothing, but if I had to offer one thing... the bathroom could do with a shelf to rest toiletries on. Other than this we found no faults with the place.

Beautifully clean and well maintained . The owner was extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him. Studio is in a quiet area but very close to the beach and restaurants.
