The whole place is lovely. Spacious rooms and very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool area is incredible and best part they have beer to sell at the reception so you can enjoy lying down by the pool! :)

Parking area is a bit tricky. Also pool is closed by 7pm :( but nothing that spoils the whole experience

The entire property was probably the brainchild of Andre the owner and his family. He is a very capable home and relaxation (hotel) home designer.So the hotel boast too many personal touches and adornments throughout the whole property. From the drive way, which has a gate opener opened by controller that the hotel gives you to the the entire area surrounding the areas adjacent to the reception area is just full of personal touches decorations and ornaments. Pretty hard to describe. Must be there to appreciate everything. Up to this point I have been traveling in Portugal for 20 days and this is definitely the best in home stay and decor that I have seen. You are really made to feel at home whitout a word being said or necessary. Breakfast is handled by another family and it is plentiful and lots of variety. 1 of the few places that I have seen where Milk for lactose intolerant is available. Truly a GEM>

The place was all that we expected. Very nice price for a very nice, clean and comfortable quadruple room for our family. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. As a bonus, we were able park our rental car inside the property. The hotel has more amenities, but as we were only spending the night while traveling through the countryside, we didn't use them (eg. pool, game room, etc)

It's a bit out of the way from Aveiro and there's only one restaurant nearby, but it's a really nice one where mostly locals go. Not a big deal if having a car, otherwise the place is not very accesible.

Staff was so welcoming. Everything was very clean. Very safe. Parking. Breakfast was very good.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and has privacy. Very clean facilities, staff are always there to assist if you need anything. Location is very much secluded, quiet and away from busy areas which was a bonus! There is a restaurent which is 5 mins away from the accommodation, recommend by the Quinta Salinas staff.

The breakfast was quite good, but the absolute best part was the woman who prepared it. She reminded me of my grandmother and was so wonderful I wanted to take her home!

My wife arrived a little more than an hour before the advertised check-in time after a 3-hr drive in the rain. The house is surrounded by a wall with a locked gate and a buzzer. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone, but I was able to text them via Booking.com to ask if we could just come inside - not check-in - as we needed to use the bathroom and there was nothing else in the area. They said "No, we'll open the gate at 2pm as advertised" So my wife and I sat in the car, in the rain. Other than the very disappointing start, the facility itself was wonderful

It was clean and nicely designed.

The gate was closing in random times and destroyed our car. No one told us that this could happen. No supplies even kettle and they won't let you to use fork or boiling water. Staff not really friendly. We couldn't even pick place to sit at breakfast

We could swim in the pool in the afternoon. The room was comfortable and suitable for our stay, and the breakfast was also tasty and satisfying

They sent details of numbers for iPhone to make it easier to locate the accommodation. The room was clean & well designed. There is a pool & a nice communal outdoor grassed sitting area with chairs. The array for breakfast was excellent - even though we are vegetarian there were a few things we could eat.

Of the many countries we have stayed, the man on check-in was the unfriendliest & most abrupt we have ever encountered. The parking inside the gate is tight - luckily we arrived first so could turn around to be able to drive out more easily. The internet reception was poor - fading in & out. We had trouble with no water in shower at night however it worked next morning.

beds were double and not queen. location is in middle of nowhere in industrial area… you would not take a walk around there as a bit sketchy. it is not in Aveiro as advertised but a 10 minute drive away.

Great hospitality, excellent off-center location with private parking included (you need a car - bicycles no longer available since covid). Nice swimming pool and well equipped super clean appartment. There is an option for breakfast but we did not had any. The owners are super with a very good attention for detail. I definetely recommend this place - only 10mins drive to the lovely Aveiro center...15 min drive to the beaches.

I would only recommend to the owners to verify the mattress on our appartment - for us too soft (used)?

Rooms

Common area swimming pool could be a little more spacier.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Parking space was available.

There was no mirror in the room and the bathroom mirror was strangely mounted high. The wifi in the room was very weak.

Shiny, modern hotel with fabulous staff. Pool and terrace, with games and plenty of loungers to relax. Lovely buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice.

Not the hotels fault, but worth noting that we could not find the address from the Booking.Com info, we had to use the hotels own website.

AMAZING COMPLEX IN MIDDLE MIXED INDUSTRIAL AND HOUSING AREA, superb facilities including a swimming pool, really excellent breakfast, owner exceptionally friendly and helpful, our suite room was amazing with space and large bathroom! Great restaurant nearby recommended by owner

it was a little bit difficult to find with our GPS system.

Huge room which was spotlessly clean, and finished to a high standard, with things like air conditioning and electrically operated window blind - things not usually seen at this price point. The pool area was nice, with plenty loungers and shades. There were orange trees bearing fruit in the grounds, and just outside were a couple of storks' nests which it was nice to see. Filling continental breakfast.

As others have said, the location was a 15 minute drive from the centre of Aveiro, so not perfect, but you know this before you book, and also it is situated next to a large factory complex. However I didn't see any signs of life in this factory complex, and there was no noise, but it was not beautiful to look at. Neither of these negatives stop me from 100% recommending this hotel, and I would without question stay here again.
