Le logement est idéal pour des jeunes souhaitant faire la fête. Les voisins sont super et il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité.
Cependant, le logement est très mal isolé. Certes, il est proche des bars, mais on a l'impression de dormir dans le bar, même fenêtres fermées. L'accueil a été froid, nous avons eu l'impression de déranger. De plus, on nous a donné des consignes de contacter via WhatsApp en cas de questions, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse.
Le logement était très mal équipé et sale. Il y avait des visses par terre, de la poussière et du crépi tombé des murs. Nous pensions que le logement était bien équipé, mais il n'y avait ni table ni chaise pour manger dehors, bien que cela ait été indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons réclamé, mais personne ne nous a répondu.

I didn't like anything to be honest, had a reservation for three nights but checked out after the first night. The only reason for booking this place is that if you want to party all night long, every night!
The host should do a far better job on informing you that this place is not "designed for resting". This is what the host told me when I complained about the noise level after the first night. The host also complained that that I sent a message to our support contact after 22:00! It was just a WhatsApp message so I cannot imagine that the recipient was disturbed much! And I am still waiting for a reply from her. This place is wall-to-wall with a super loud bar that plays music until 2 AM, and then you hear other bars that play until 5-6 AM. Keeping the windows closed does not help much with the noise, and then it gets super warm and humid inside. Forget sleeping in this place.
This place is not very clean, we found hair pieces in our bed, the sofa was dirty with some kind of food and there were cockroaches! The security guards don't speak English at all and the overall reception is rude in the place.

It was right next to the main strip, 5 mins to the beach and all amenities. It had a roof terrace and a balcony, adequate kitchen and shower facilities in a secure complex.
It is very loud in that area with the clubs and bars and that should have been mentioned on booking.com website, i only found out with the google reviews which are pretty harsh, however, i had a pleasant stay and thanks to mouldable wax earplugs the noisy bars didn't bother me.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo la disponibilità del custode. Il check in è stato rapidissimo! L'appartamento era dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili immaginabili, con frigorifero pulito e già freddo, e cosa unica c'era la lavatrice, che in un contesto di vacanza al mare è una mano santa. In più internet WI-FI libero in casa. Veramente un ottimo servizio!
La stuttura del fabbricato non era il massimo... appartamento su tre livelli (sala cucina con verandina piano terra, camera bagno con terrazzino 1° piano, terrazza vivibile al 2° piano). Purtroppo non c'era il climatizzatore, e la sera in camera faceva molto caldo.
Il letto non era comodo, si affossava, ed i cuscini erano veramente miseri...
La parte peggiore, di cui sottolineo non ha nessuna colpa il gestore, è la posizione della struttura, che essendo molto vicina ai locali della movida notturna era soggetta a musica ad altissimo volume fino alle 04:00 del mattino. In più gli altri ospiti della struttura, per lo più ragazzi giovani, erano particolarmente rumorosi e dediti al consumo di marjuana la cui puzza era molto percepibile e fastidiosa anche all'interno dell'appartamento.

Lo único que no me gusto fue el horario del check out ya que muchas personas que se alojan es por motivo de fiesta y la salida a las 11 al día siguiente es mortal deberían ser más flexibles ya que a mi no me dieron la posibilidad de salir mas tarde creo q un horario de check in estupendo sería a las 2

It was in center of city, close to all restaurants and clubs, also close to beaches
It was dirty, there were cockroaches in apartment, staff doesn't speak English, they are letting people that sell begs and sunglasses in perimeter that is locked

The location of the complex is amazing staff are very friendly apartment is lovely the rooftop is exceptional supermarket, restaurant, pubs, fastfood,McDonalds I could go on but everything at your fingertips music loud at night but you get used to the music as the time goes on I would always stay in this complex when I visit tenerife.

Noise all night banging like some one was working a night shift at a construction site and cockroaches in the rooms even when you got rid of them you will find more part from that location is bang on in the middle of everything

Not a place to stay if you want to sleep, outside live music until early hours! I like music but this live music should be indoors after 1201am surely, won't be back, told nothing could be done,

Not far from a sand beach
I would give the appartment a 6, it is a bit akward and there is no ventilation in the bathroom.
However the location is a bit weird. It is next to the infamous veronicas so it is noisy and it also gives a strange vibe both inside and outside the complex.
Internet was not reliable at all.
The check-in and checkout process was not friendly. They were not expecting me on arrival but someone else and they were knocking on my door 15 minutes before check out time.
