Hier haben wir ein reines Appartement Hotel vorgefunden, mit 2 Zimmer, kleiner sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und Wohnzimmer. Diese war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung.

Very spacious apartment with multiple rooms so that our 2 kids both had their own room, as well as ourselves. Key pick up is very easy and parking is free right in front of the door. Big kitchen, living room and very comfortable beds.

Staff forgot to provide a babybed even though we requested this multiple days before our arrival. After calling this in around 17:00, they were only able to provide a new one just before 20:00, even though our baby normally goes to sleep at 19:00. In the morning, there was no hot water. Given the price tag, we asked for a partial reimbursement, but only got a potential discount for a future visit, which will most likely not happen anytime soon.

The location was ideal for our purposes. Once we figured out how to use the electronic keys, entry was easy. The apartments were clean. There was space for us to park our oversized 9-passenger vehicle.

We were **missing a bed** in one of our apartments causing one of our party to sleep on the floor. It was not clear how or whether you were able to convert the sofa into a bed. The description of the bedroom amenities is deceptive as there was a bedside lamp but no plug outlet nearby in which to plug it. Also, the Wifi only worked if you were right at the entry door, so if you are relying on Wifi connectivity, this is NOT the place for you.

we stayed one week and they didn’t offer the clean service , also we couldn’t reach the recipient lady there to ask her about that services

very easy checkin and check out ! location was perfect. bakery and small restaurants right in front of hotel. there were grocery stores down the street. hotel room had everything we needed to cook and to feel comfortable. very clean ! bed very comfortable! very spacious! it was more than enough space for family of 3 . we were very happy with our stay and will be booking again for our next trip! Tip: if your coming in the summer make sure to bring your own fan because rooms don’t have ac .

It is near market. Bakery and few restaurants are just minute walk from the apartment. One great pizza shop is just in front of it. Norma is 3 minutes walk. Really convenient.

Reached little early but was not able to check in before time although small baby was accompanied with us. We went there from long distance so was little early. Was hoping for little cooperation from host.

Staff was helpful, polite and rapid service. Check-in and Check-out was really easy. We really appreciated the towel change in the middle of the week.

Low wifi (weak signal) in our appartement (app 9), we were given 2 wifi access codes for a family of 7, so we could only have 2 devices connected. We would recommend leaving more than 1 dish towel for 1 week stay, as we can’t wash it inside the appartement.
