The place is clean and comfortable, although it was really a challenge to climb up the stairs after we walked from the inn to botanical and back, or when we walked from the inn to the City Proper.

Our TV or the cable is malfunctioning (the whole duration of our stay) as well as the wifi (although on our 2nd night it was fixed) It was hard to get transportation especially during rush hours which is almost all the time 😅😂 though botanical garden is just 15-20mins walk while the Christmas Village took us 30mins or more 🥹 What we hate about it is the blankets, there is so many fluff or lints that sticks on our clothes, bodies and stuffs. please change your blanket to cotton 😅 It was better to walk that to take transportation because it took us 2 and a half hours to finally give in and walk to the City Proper which is about an hour or so.

I like the location. It is very near to a lot of tourist attractions.

In fairness to the owner, he/she informed us that we need to use the stairs in going to the 5th floor. If you have rheumatism , dont ever attempt or you might lose consciousness before reaching the top. You cant cook, if your intention is to sleep for a couple of days.It's good and fair for the price .

I was happy as we leave it.

One hour before the check in my husband had an accident. We only got a "room" at the 5-th floor without an elevator. No light, no internet in the room, no toilett paper, but dirt, muld, but leaking in the ceiling, a taped window, not possible to open, no space, no table, no cabinet, rottten dirty bathroom door, but record size of cockroach. The entrance good for hikers. Worst accomodation ever.

The room was clean. The hosts were so kind to give us a free upgrade as well! The staff were kind and helped us carry our things. We like that the wifi was fast. We go to Baguio at least once a year and we'll stay here again next time!
