I like the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom, no molds on the tiles, ample supply of toiletries. Food was good in serving size. Staff are all friendly, courteous and approachable.

The restaurant has limited variety of food to order, breakfast was plated but I remember seeing it at the website as buffet style. Room service food served was cold including the coffee.

All i like same 5 star hotel confortable,so very big bed 2bed in 1 room not expensive comfortable, i book 3nights but i extend 1 night coz im happy to stay i come baguio i first i book other hotel but not comfortable that why i change hotel in hotel tugos more comfortable i comeback here.the staff is friendly good free breakfast so very nice breakfast you can choose .have small fridge, the toilet is clean nice to stay.

Staff are accommodating and helppful. Shoutout to the guard who was very helpful to hail taxis. Also to the receptionist when we arrived, she was so friendly and helpful.

Only little flaw with the food. Tocino was too tough, also we ordered hot choco but served with coffee. To not inconvenient and not waste the coffee, we just asked to replace 1 coffee with hot choco since I don’t drink coffee. Waited 15 mins but hot chocolate still not served, we followed up and just told that the first server did not tell that we asked it to be replaced with hot choco.

I don’t feel comfortable with the pillow it’s too hard for me .

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are great and helpful, friendly but above all, the interior of the hotel is very good.

The breakfast is only in buffet every weekends, but this is just miniscule.

The restaurant always évent never free for the guest hôtel. The breakfast waooo so horrible, they served you water and said is coffee🤣... At check out they said i drink one beer .. i never drink alcool 🤣🤣.. So they keep the 1000 pesos caution 🤣.. hey guy i leave you tips 1000 hahaha you ridiculus...

The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. They have electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Delicious breakfast buffet and the restaurant is organise. The hotel staff are very friendly and approachable.
