Despite the lack of any damage, the deposit was not refunded for over a month and the owner stopped responding to messages. Please note that the deposit was immediately debited from the account and no block was created. Definitely be careful. The matter was reported to booking and the police.

The owner was very nice, upon arrival she kindly took us through all facilities and guidances. Throughout the stay, she's available through Whatsapp to explain any problems.

The host was amazing and the house was perfect. It exceeded our expectations, the house was really big, so perfect for big groups. And you are in 10 min in the centre with Uber (also very cheap), the busstop is also nearby. Thank you Aurora for our great trip.

Malaga is a fantastic city

DONT BOOK THIS VILLA!!! Old, shabby interiors and garden furniture broken and dated. Smell of drains and damp in one of bedrooms. I booked the whole villa, however after hearing noises in a locked bedroom was informed the host was staying with us for the night! I have not had my £540 deposit back!! The top of the water fountain(which was loose & dangerous)in the garden came off and nearly landed on my friends foot!! The host kept my money and has had the whole fountain repaired! This was a set up to get her already broken fountain repaired. I have read previous reviews for this property stating the fountain was loose and this has happened before. The name of this villa has been changed this week as the host wanted to avoid my review. It was previously Luxury villa Malaga and also known as Villa Darkum. Search these names for past reviews and you won’t want to book.

Renting this so-called luxury villa has been a really bad experience. Only then did the host draw 152 euros too much at payment No. 2. When this was pointed out, she denied it. In the end, I had to contact booking.com, who ran the host. Then I had to send the receipt as proof before she recognized the cover. The amount could not be transferred, so it was agreed that it should be part of the deposit to be paid on arrival. When we arrived, the person who did not receive the time to go through the villa with us. We understood that afterwards, when several rooms and toilets smelled sewage. One bedroom was moldy of mold in the walls, the kitchen was worn, garden furniture worn and partially broken. Generally poor cleaning. Grill could not be used as it was not cleaned for a while. Garbage was littered in the garden. Contacted the host for her to look at this, but she said she was gone. Would come the next day, but did not come either. When we left, nobody came to receive a key. After 7 days, the deposit will be transferred back to us. The amount was 600 euros minus 3 rains of water. These costs 16 euros according to price list. After 7 days this amount was not transferred. Purret up and the host said it was transferred 26th September. A week later, the amount was not yet transferred. After unprofitable purring, I had to contact Booking.com. They called the host and were told that the amount was transferred on 3 October. Not 26 sept, as I was told. The host has also deducted 20 euros for water cans, instead of the lighted price of 16 euros. After this, I can not recommend when renting this villa. Feels sullen on money and experience. The host will probably deny this, but I have proof of everything.
