It was a great experience, the service level was outstanding, the staff goes out if their way to take care of anything you need. Food quality and taste was very good in all restaurants.

The staff is very attentive. And the butler was super helpful with any issues or questions we had.

The food is ok but not special. The drinks are also not particularly special either making me think I was in college with the mixed drink selection and taste. There were not nearly enough umbrellas making it impossible to find a shady spot to sit at the pool, which should never even be a thought at this price point. The app which is used to book the required dinner reservations is basically unusable and reservations are very hard to get even though the restaurants are only half full. I would not come back to this property even with a deep discount.

Unfortunately not much.

The hotel is not at all-inclusive. Due to the Palace Elite membership programme they run on the side (by the way, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website or on Booking.com), we had limited access to facilities and services, which incurred extra cost. We were nickelled-and-dimed throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were offered hotel credits for attending a 90 minute presentation about their membership programme and was asked to sign up for things during check-out so that we would revisit Le Blanc in the near future. In short, it was overall very tacky place and not relaxing at all for a five-star spa resort! Absolutely ridiculous.
