Nice self-contained unit 25 mins walk from Cambridge centre

Difficult to find key box. Easy once you learned that the 'main entrance' relates to the entrance to the unit.

Location and room size is good enough for family.

The showerhead is broken.

Absolutely immaculate, lovely beds and bedding, super little patio garden too. We will definitely book again thank you

Location were good, beds were confortable, plenty of space

Wifi did not work and It takes a while to put the heating on. Nobody answer our messages/phone when we had questions

Location was perfect and had all the amenities required. Very clean and well presented. Instructions were very clear.

When entering the main building it is not clear initially where the flat is. Would be useful to add some instructions about that. Also had to mess around with the keys and locks for a bit. Could colour code what key is for what lock, very very minor inconvenience but helps when travelling quite far to be able to get into somewhere easily.

Nice and quiet location.25 minutes walk to town centre which was very good.Generally the apartment was clean.

Needs a bit up freshen up in the bathroom.Though it was quite clean, it needs to replace the shower hose,toilet seat.

Great location with free underground parking. Felt safe and secure. Clean.

Double bedding not provided for sofa bed. Spent the first night sleeping on single duvet covers located in the cleaning cupboard. Single bedding was there- no signs of double for the sofa bed. Reported after first night, no response. Dirty washing up sponge which we ditched and bought our own, and broken hand pump which had a 'snapped off' top in the bathroom. We received an apology and a promise that the matters would be rectified when we got home, but no offer of a small reimbursement or the like to make up for the disappointment and lack of sleep!

Good communication prior and during visit. Good location, walking distance to shops/cafes and historic centre. Spacious apartment with parking space.

Nothing major but it missed a few essentials for self catering, replacement batteries for controlling the heating pad, dishwasher tablets, tea towel.

It’s a modern and well equipped apartment in an excellent area and location.

The quiet location was within good walking distance of Cambridge sites, close to a supermarket for supplies and also had a great pub around the corner. The apartment was most comfortable and roomy with plenty of storage. The tv was easy to operate. Would certainly recommend to others.

The only thing I would have liked were towel rails or hooks in the bathroom.

Good location, the flat was nice and cool even though it was 33 degrees outside. Well equipped kitchen and the flat was spacious thoughout. Netflix was great for the evening. Quiet and peaceful estate.

There was an issue with the key code as it wasn't released on the day because although we had paid well in advance for some reason the host thought we hadn't paid. There were street lights shining directly into the master bedroom and lounge so even with the curtains closed the rooms were really light all night and it was difficult to sleep.

Location and house facilities were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the overall experience was excellent.

The smoke alarms in the property were excessively sensitive. Even the basics of grilling food with the kitchen extractor was enough to set off the alarms making cooking a noisy and unpleasant experience.

A very spacious property, well furnished, in a nice neighbourhood.

The bathroom could do with redecorating, it has no windows so gets very humid.

it was hard to find the keys to the property and also the leaving instructions weren’t that clear. make sure you drive your car out of the car park before you post the keys back as you need a card to exit the car park

The property was clean and tidy

The shower was broken with water spraying everywhere The shower glass is not big enough The towels provided were too small When making the booking it was not made clear that there were steps and that the apartment was downstairs and the car park was underground and not next to the apartment. My elderly parents struggled with the stairs and carrying our belongs up and down the stairs

The location of the flat was ok about a mile from the main attractions in Cambridge. Being able to control heating.

Needing to go down steep dark steps in a area I didn’t know to retrieve keys from a lock box. The stained white chest that greeted me when I eventually found the flat. Being told it was a basement would have been good. There was only one tumbler in the property and frying pas that had seen better days. There was no washing up liquid. There were receipts and bits on the floor, not very clean in light of COVID. There were no covers on the ventilation strips above the windows so kept the thin curtains closed most of the time. The walls particularly in the kitchen and bathroom were stained and needed repainting. The chairs in the lounge were stained. There was mould on the right hand side window in the main bathroom and burnt out candles left in the bedroom and lounge. Overall a very tired property that is need of some attention.
