Elegant, beautifully decorated room with a balcony in a perfect location in the centre of the old town. Katerina, our host, was so friendly and helpful and made sure we had a lovely time. The room had everything we needed including complimentary drinks and coffee. Highly recommended.

With no elevator and nor porterage staff you usually are on your own to bring your luggage (2 ,50 pound bags)up 2 difficult stair levels of about 16-18 curving steps on your own. Not for senior citizens. Prior notice of this issue should be clear. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This is a lovely small hotel in the old town of Chania at an excellent location with many restaurants and other attractions around. The location though central is quiet. The lady manager Katerina was very kind and helpful. The room was large, nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large enough and well equipped. The double bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator is available in the room as also a kettle and an espresso machine. We were welcomed in the room with a sweet and a raki.

The hotel does not offer breakfast but there are many choices at the old port of Chania 300 meters away from the hotel. There is no elevator in the building but this is expected since the hotel is in an old venetian building. Katerina helped us with the luggage to the second floor (the top floor).

Everything is perfect and functional, and the value for money is really excellent. The little extra: Katerina is a lovely person!

Exactly what we wanted, a central location in the Old Town, but quiet and peaceful at the same time ( good sound insulation from night-time background noise). Taxi drop-off is only a few minutes walk away ( a consideration for Old Town, as much is pedestrianised). Katerina and her husband were nice ,welcoming and helpful hosts. Excellent bathroom, and comfortable bedding. And very clean etc;

Katerina was so helpful in helping us navigate where to go and what to see. It was really a personal experience talking with her.

A newly renovated boutique hotel beautifully done in the heart of the city center. It has the best shower we have encountered on our travels and a comfortable sofa. The proprietor, Katerina, is very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better host and location.

this is a delightful, well appointed little hotel in the centre of Chania old town. Our room, and bed were both incredibly comfortable and we loved the attention to detail throughout the property.

The wifi didn't work very well, but we didn't need it as much so it wasn't a problem for us.

In the heart of the old town, close to restaurants and to the port. Katerina was really communicative and helpful, even offered to arrange taxi from the airport.

Everything was fine, one minor thing:there could have been more room to put our stuff out from the luggage but this was not disturbing.

10/10 stay in Chania! Located on a cute street in the old town, comfortable room, nice furnishings, very clean, great wifi. Katerina was so welcoming and gave us great recommendations. Will recommend Viaggio to our friends and family!

Our stay at Viaggio Elegant Rooms was excellent. The room was very beautiful and cosy and the location is central but also nice and quiet.

The design of the room and the choice of materials,the attention to detail and the colors are really perfect.

This hotel was lovely and a bit of a hidden gem. The manager was fabulous and very customer focussed.

It was next to the hostel so quite a difference between customers.

location was wonderful. Katerina was an amazing hostess, pleasant and ready to help with everything even picking up our laundry! She also also came up with beach towels to lend us on short notice.
