We stayed at this property with several family members. The home is very nicely decorated and clean. The back yard had hummingbirds every day and we even saw a road runner come by. Definitely recommend! Hot tub was a nice bonus and there were no stairs for Grandma.

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and central to our activities and family in ABQ. We had a nice time being able to play games in the game area and sit out on the patio. We would stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable home for our stay in Albuquerque. Quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to a park and hiking trails. We loved eating outside at the backyard table, watching beautiful sunsets, twinkling city lights, and starry skies. Well appointed kitchen with so many extras like chilled water in the fridge, coffee bar, and spices for cooking. We had a great time with the pool table and enjoyed the hot tub. We definitely will consider staying here the next time we are visiting our family in NM.

The house was as described except the “custom gas log fireplace” does not work. Nice private back yard area.

One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at - everything was perfect! So many amenities- fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool table. Very safe neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The sunsets are beautiful to watch in the great backyard. Plenty of room to relax and we enjoyed the hot tub. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wonderful home near Sandia mountains. Had everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, nice baths. Kids loved the hot tub. Great base for exploring all Albuquerque and surrounding area had to offer.

Wonderful location! Quiet area. Hiking a blast. Spacious home. Had to clean it ourselves but they did refund the cleaning fee. Arrived late not done cleaning, if you want to call it cleaning. Food caked in stove and at stove knobs. Frig dirty lots of leftover food in it, most expired. Lamp broken by wife cleaner at desk and not replaced. Floors sticky and dirty. Left her phone on bed had to go find her to give it back. Several interruptions with owners showing up at property. Once was unannounced. Was advertised as garage space for renter—not true. Parked in driveway. This is not run by a professional management company but by a real estate agent and his wife trying to cut cost in cleaning and maintenance. My husband had to repair several things that didn’t work since we stayed a month. Please know the walls are banged up, painting needed, a total refresh needed. Be prepared to clean it and bring your mop and bucket none is provided. Please don’t use their toaster - is so disgusting looks like from a hoarders house. The ultimate disrespect was when they accused us of stealing a piece of art just to message us that oh no we found it! These owners are simply not handling their vrbo property correctly at all! I did ask for an apology for the accusing us of stealing —-still waiting !

Fun amenities great location and amazing views of the Sandia just to name a few. Loved the backyard and jacuzzi. Next summer, if the pool is available we will definitely be back. Great hosts, very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Rachelle and Dominic

All the essentials were provided for the bathroom, laundry, & kitchen,, along with plenty of dishes & cookware. If you are traveling with littles, there are no child locks on any chemical cabinets, outside doors, a highchair, or available pack n play. Hosts are local & responsive. Location is in a safe area & close to whatever you might need. Sunset views were beautiful 😍

Property was perfect for our visit to Albuquerque balloon fiesta and other day trips in the area. The house was stocked with all the incidentals (especially the kitchen/bath items) we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable.

The house was Fantastic. Lots of space and fully stocked! The backyard was SCARY. The picture shows a hot tub. It is perfect, what the pictures don't show is an empty swimming pool with a cover that is ripped and torn. A wood deck that they tell you not to walk on due to safety. We wanted to have a bbq there, but cancelled because we didn't want to risk our grandchildren in the yard. It felt a little misleading.
