There is a tightly controlled 10pm - 7am curfew (written on the booking somewhere but I didn't read it)
Normally I wouldn't like this. But as It happened it was just a place to sleep before the ferry trip the next morning. So all was ok
I guess also visitors are prohibited.

The room is well designed with a separate side with sofa and TV. The colour is warm. It was relaxing to hear the rain and feeling cozy. I like having free tea and coffee in the room.
The common bathroom was clean, bright with toilet paper.
The guesthouse is at walkable distance to the mall and reasonable distance from the airport and the terminal bus station.
The lady owner was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The patio is cozy, nice and clean with warm colour.
The A/C was noisy so we have to switch off overnight.

- I only ever give a 10/10 if there's nothing that really needed improvement and this place did everything right
- conveniently close to the airport, Cebu City isn't really a place most people would enjoy anyway so in this case staying a little further away from the center is actually great when you use Cebu just for a layover like we did
- it is very quiet which is something not many places in the Philippines can offer, let alone in or close to Cebu City
- fully furnished "apartment" with fridge, stove, couch, bed and bathroom, snacks were available in the room as well
- not an issue for us but be advised the mattress is very very hard, I'm a tall 1.95m 100kg guy and the mattress didn't move at all when I was laying down

We arrived by taxi but we had only big money and told the guesthouse owner to change to small money, he billowed me the amount of money soon! He is very friendly and good!
The key was a little bit not smooth.

I'd totally give this accommodation a five-star rating. Firstly, the place was super clean, which is always a big plus for me. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect - just a hop, skip, and jump away from the airport. Can't ask for more! Highly recommend this place.

the location is good and its peaceful and quite..the guesthouse was clean the room was good and nice ..the staff are kind she open the door for me even Im late in a few minutes
there are mosquitoes inside my room and the curfew time (10pm) for me in my opinion is a bit early...thank you for letting me in in the guesthouse eventhough Im late in a few minutes in your curfew time

The place was very neat and clean. The owner was accommodating and helpful. There are free cold/warm water and coffee.
The bathroom is shared by other guests but it is still well maintained and clean.

We stayed in the little studio and it was perfect money wise. 10’ drive from the airport and cozy little hotel. Very recommendable!

Think that the rubbish bin could have been emptied more often, but that is just me being picky, trying to find a fault, were really there is none

Nice and quiet, very good location - walking distance to shopping mall. Super friendly staff and informative.
It is hidden away, taxi drivers didn’t know where to go. But thankfully the staff were kind enough to show us a map and video of where to go.

The room was very clean and having kitchen made our stay better as we were getting tired of going out for meals everyday. We took a taxi from the airport that cost us only 110 pesos.

The staff and the owner were very friendly, helpful and supportive.
The A/C was very loud which made it tough to sleep here. Without A/C, the room got way to warm within minutes.

Closes at 22h which is very early if you want to go out for dinner and a drink. No breakfast available. Not a nice neighbourhood.

The curfew could of been annoying but it didn’t really matter to us because we just booked this place to shower and sleep.

really cute rooms well designed and super comfortable for a night or two stay. hosts are great! felt very secure and location great close to airport and a small mall.
we booked 2 nights.. second night booked later as plans changed and all that was available was another room with shared bathroom which was fine.. although the price was the same for both rooms.. private and shared. price was the same but could be because of timing. the shared bathroom room was actually bigger though!
