Response to the hotel comment: 1. Why is it that every time you are criticized, all guests are blamed in your responses? It's about the way you treat your customers. You are a service provider. 2. how surprised can your employee be after I had already communicated my displeasure directly in the hotel during a spa booking, then a second time at the reception desk in the hotel and I always only got the same pejorative answer with "bad luck"? so how should I let you know even more when I am still in the hotel? Now comes your accusation, why I did not let you know when I was still in the hotel???? 3. i have emailed you again so that you have the direct opportunity to respond to my notice again. Your employee could also have simply seen in my customer booking how long I was in your hotel before she is so surprised. You can read out a certain displeasure in my evaluation. However, this only arose because of your way and white as you deal with dissatisfied customers. The last instance is to give a rating here. And I had also announced that. Therefore, I am very surprised by your astonishment.

I can not recommend this hotel! we have booked at short notice two rooms for two nights in this wellness hotel. especially because of the wellness area. When we were in the hotel and wanted to use it, we were told that it would be occupied for the next two days. I also complained at the reception. Disappointing was the reaction of the hotel. Here I was also only informed that I would have had bad luck. I asked for a solution proposal or a small compensation. This was not responded to in any way. I wrote another email to the hotel to give them another chance to respond. Instead, I got another answer that I just had bad luck, it was all booked up and they had no solution that they would like to offer me. I should have asked before whether the spa would be available before I book. But nowhere was there a hint that I have to ask in advance in the wellness hotel whether I can use this, if I already pay for it! I am more than disappointed with the response of the hotel. Here only money is made, regardless of whether the customer is satisfied or not.

This hotel was rate with 5* what is far from 5*. I will rate it 3*. The welcoming was horrible they didn’t show us where will be the breakfast and the reception she answered with “ you’ll find the instructions in the book in your room”. The breakfast was so poor and the fruits was not fresh at all. Everyday the same breakfast nothing change. We had to call everyday in reception to ask for shower gel. The bathroom in our room was horrible old fashion and the water was coming out on the floor every time we took a shower. This is not a 5* ⭐️ hotel and the price was so high for what is. Definitely I will not recommend or stay again there.

Staff rude for amount of money hotel was room was not cleaned as was full of sand all time and got charge for a cigarette burn on outside table the day after arrival but I don't smoke and didn't go out there until after recieved the 75 for a small plastic table beds got biten first two nights had to sleep on sofa bed was definitely not a 4 star or 5 star I'd give 2 stars for treatment recieved

Beautiful location close to the airport staff was very helpful and kind. Absolute relaxation.

The bathroom need to be renovated and there was a problem with the water pressure.

the hotel is really nice and spotless clean. We had an upgraded room with the jacuzzi tub from the hotel with a nice view. breakfast really nice with a greek specialty corner. staff so friendly and welcoming. nice cocktails from Denis and quite pool area to relax.

kalamaki area is nice with nice restaurants around I think the best restaurants from the island. recommend bullhorn for a great steak. although I didn’t like the beach, really small. we had to go lo Laganas for nice beach clubs . recommend Hamsa.

Breakfast was delicious and made fresh. The location was great and I think the hotel is the best and nicest on the island.

Unfortunately outside of the properties control a rather noisy “karaoke style hotel” just a stones throw away. Even with the doors shut I the noise rumbled on through. It did stop shortly after 12am.

- extremely good value for the money - spacious room, big balcony - amazing food (breakfast and dinner) - varied, fresh, tasty - staff very nice and friendly - very convenient location - close enough to the beach and the central area, but far enough from the city noise (and the airplanes noise - Kalamaki is veeery close to the airport and some hotels in Kalamaki have airplanes flying above them) - the pool is amazing - deep enough, super clean - all in all, a very good experience and we had an amazing time :)

- the hotel doesn't have 5 stars facilities/utilities in the rooms at least (but doesn't have 5 stars prices either, so...) - when we arrived, we had 2 double twin beds put one next to another, but they didn't stick together at all, so we asked them to do something about it. And they did :) they put another mattress on the top and it was fine. - outside pool/other facilities (spa, gym) close at 7 pm :( sometimes you just feel like enjoying them in the evening as well....and also, it works very hard with all the appointments - you don't have too many places to hang your towels/wet clothes (but we bought a rope and some hooks and we fixed the problem on the balcony)

the room is spacious with air conditioner. the towels in the room have been refreshed more than once a day.

the tap water from the pipe is slightly salty, which influences the flavour of coffee or tea. We have stayed for a week and the cleaning lady has never ever refilled our shampoo, hair conditioner or body soap. the breakfast is too simple for a 4-star hotel.

I wanted a jacuzzi room and they said i didnt book that room but if you look at the price its a lot more and on booking. Com it says we couldn't check in til after 1500 but when we got their we could of checked in at 12and we couldn't book into the spare too

Private pool was not private and dated shower facilities. Not 5 star more like 3. I also had to pay 4% resident tax in cash before I could get in my room even though this was already included in the booking.com invoice

Very good breakfast and dinner. Nice pool and friendly staf.

Wifi not working well, I had some zoom calls for my work and it all went wrong :(. We had dinner included but no drinks are included in dinner. I asked for some water and I had to pay for it. A glass of wine is 4 EUR. There was a constant stink in the room, I think it comes from bathroom. It is not nice to have a room that stinks of sewer on yourvacation. Also the AC stinks when you turn it on, they were probably not clined in a while.

Staff was welcoming and nice but sometimes lacked a bit of knowledge on the surroundings of the hotel (for example when we asked about the car rental infront of it) The bartender Dennis was very nice and ready to make us the best cocktails. Room was big and cleaned everyday (sometime even twice) and breakfast was very nice although I was missing tagging on the bottles (are they all olive oil? are some maple sirup?).

Hotel was a bit far from the beach (10min walk minimum), and if you don't have a car it can be challenging to walk in the heat (35C+) The room didn't have any hooks to hang anything. Not even in the bathroom. was always hard to find where to hang the towels/ robes I felt like having a room with a private pool was not worth it since the hotel pool itself is much nicer and everyone can see in to the private pools so it isn't so private (someone even came to peak at ours at 1am!) The bathroom was a bit outdated for the price Would also help if breakfast will extend longer (to 11am) since people come there mostly for holiday and not business.

Staff are lovely and the food both tasty and excellent value.

The island roads are all lined with discarded plastic at the edges. Mainly plastic bottles and drinks cans.
