The breakfast was good. They got a lot of options everyday. And the location of the hotel is easy to locate and it's surrounded by restaurants and night market is nearby.

The bar on the rooftop was never open.

poor service, tiny room, unfriendly staff, bath towels is old, shower has no door causing water flashing all over on floor. very limited on shampoo for bathing and always replaced empty bottle with another tiny half used bottle probably from another guest room. On the checkout day, I asked guys at checkout counter (face to face) to help bringing down my luggages from 10th floor, they kept quiet without saying a word. I then had to take 6 luggages down all by myself.

The Hotel service is really terrible, staffs are unprofessional, impolite. Receptionists sit at the counter to interact and communicate with guest! F&B staffs not wear uniforms, wear slippers during working time. Breakfast is really poor, they don’t serve, don’t fill up although it still in serving time. In conclusion, this hotel is under 4 stars standards. Housekeeping is very rude, they knock the door and ask me if I need to make up room impolitely without any standard of Hospitality Service. Unacceptable! You should consider carefully before book this hotel. I stayed here 5 nights but I didn’t feel I was the guest! No greetings, no service, and nothing!

There was no ramp at front entrance of hotel, room were smaller than expected and probably could do with update.

The facilities were ok. Everything looks better in pictures.

The pool area is much smaller than in pictures and does not even remotely look good. The AC is not that cooling. The hot water lasts for like 5 mins. Only the bathroom looks fancy. I work midnight so the lighting was important but it wasn't too bright. There are many areas in the room that are not clean either. The location is not close to the beach.

Staff at reception is not great. Staff downgraded my room from a Deluxe to a Standard, from a double bed to twin beds, without telling me when I checked in an hour early Sheets also had stains on them

Great place to stay in Danang. Within 15 minute walking either way close to Hans Market, Dragon Bridge, and night market. Beach 60k Grab ride. Quiet, no bars/club noise, or construction noise. Restaurants, laundry, spa, anything you need within minutes from hotel, extended our stay from 3 to 7 nights. Nice clean room, fluffy towels, daily morning room cleaning, excellent breakfast buffet, pho and egg station. Very affordable price for lodging received. Professional staff from the front desk, breakfast crew, and the manager all exceeded my expectations. A+ experience.

Lovely room with great mattress and pillows - best after 1 month travelling. Very clean room. Rooftop pool-just a bit too cold at this time. helpful staff. Since slower season - set breakfast each morning varied from the fried egg - roll combo to fruit, yoghurt, danishes to noodle soup.
