Perfect location, very nice apartment with a consistent and peaceful decor. The road to all attractions was via the Di Trevi Fountain or the Spanish Steps and it was wonderful.

The apartment requires minor repairs of cabinets and electrical contacts as well as retrofitting with cutlery, a cutting board and towel rails. Some door handles are missing. But it wasn't a big deal.

very clean and vely good location

A 5 minute walk to Trevi, Spanish steps around the corner and a short walk to the Colosseum. The rooms were great and provided plenty of space for the kids to run and play, kitchenette did exactly what we needed and staff were incredibly helpful and quick to reply.

the location was great, it was very clean and updated. The check in process was very detailed and easy . Also, the property management company was always very, very quick to reply to any questions.

a couple of the beds were a little worn and you could feel springs, but that was the only small thing!

the Apartment is very spacious and comfortable. everything in the kitchen worked very well and was well equipped. the check in option is great.

- Location was perfect, close to all landmarks on foot - Spacious apartment for 6 people - ACs functioned well and came in handy due to the cold weather - Towels provided

- Main bathroom was extremely tiny and a grown person barely fits therefore the second en-suite had to be used which was in one of the bedrooms - Towel carpets got soaked with even just drop of water - Bathroom taps were partly broken and sprayed water when switched on - 3 toilet paper rolls for 7 people

Perfect location! Just few minutes from Fontana di Trevi and Spanish steps but in very quiet neighborhood. Spacious apatment with very cosy beds. The man who welcomed us was very kind and helpfull!

One bathroom was very dirty and smells awfull. They have problem with drain. Also they need a proper handyman to fix a lot of things around the apartment. Both toilet seets were broken! And the floor was very dirty!

The location was spot on, near fontana di trevi and grocery store, very close to the bus stations and the metro.

Definetly needs some new paint in addition to the missing detergent for the dish washer, trash bags and glasses (2 wine gl, 3 for water). So we have an empty apartament almost, with 3 bedrooms 2 baths, both of them with missing faience on the wall, the small bathroom especially needs a lot of improvement and a deep clean (the pipe was full o hair so the water wasn't going down at all). You obviously need to sort your trash altough the housekeeper didnt before. The kitchen furniture is cheap and old, you van barely open the door, the frige door doesn't close properly. First room has an AC with water leaking all over the floor, we had to use a towel in order to prevent further damage. As a conclusion besides the location of it everything else needs a lot of improvement, definetly won't go back there especially if the apartament is not ready at 4 PM but if you want to book it earlier then 2.30PM they will charge you extra.

Very good location and good service

Although the space is great, the apartment was not fully equipped and needed painting. The furniture was not the best either, needing some improvement for a better overall experience

The location is perfect, we went everywhere on foot. Right by the Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, all you need within 5 min. The apartment is spacious and it was perfectly clean. Very nice and responsive staff.
