Great communication, helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice bath, lovely breakfast, was able to check in late with no hassle, plenty of parking.

Very clean & comfortable
Had problems with the electric kettle sockets were faulty had to replace kettle 3 times but staff were quick to solve the problem & very polite

Lovely, clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good. WiFi was good.
Just the Bar:
Felt like the bar doesn't really have an identity. Doesn't know if it wants to be upmarket or relaxed. Bar staff were a bit stiff too. One of the TV screens had the wrong aspect ratios so when watching sport can't see the score - Minor complaint but for the image the hotel wants to project, thats such a basic thing to get wrong.

From the moment we walked in the staff were efficient, helpful and so friendly.
If I had to mention one thing…. There wasn’t a quiet place to finish our drinks after dinner.

The staff was so welcoming as soon as we got there and super helpful.
They also arrived out with a cake for my husband for his birthday unexpectedly it was a brilliant touch!

Lovely
Design of shower,while I liked it the water didn’t drain away quickly enough and spilled out close to the door and could make floor slippy but maybe I should have the shower head pointing at different angle to avoid this,

They are very racist to people from different backgrounds and they make excuses that their is something wrong with the rooms are the booking even if you have a booking and confirmation email i won't recommend Diss Hotel to anyone very racist staff and managers.
